Went through the drive through for the first time in a while this afternoon and the employee who took my order was impatient and rude. Our two soft drinks tasted horrible as if other sodas got mixed in. The chicken was very dry and seemed to be sitting out all afternoon. When asked for a side of ranch the employee let out a big sigh and the sauce was never placed in our bag. Will not be returning to any KFC after today's display of poor quality and abysmal service.
My granddaughter gets the #10 bowl and loves it from this location. She says they make it just right.

Had the Jack Harlow meal and everything was delicious and fresh.
Was at the order counter at 7:25p (Tuesday), waited 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and say we are closed inside. The door says 8pm but I think they close when they get busy in the drive-thru as others have said. My truck and trailer could not make the drive through work so I had to leave. They should permanently close the dine in or adjust/remove the dine in hours so they are more accurate and don't waste people's time.
Girl employee had an attitude problem and I waited for a while to get my drinks which was three freezies and I felt like I got stiffed on the last Freezy. I don't plan on going back for a long long while
The person taking our order was fantastic, told jokes acted goofy and just made it fun during order. They closed walk in right after we sat down due to employee shortage. We waited for our order, my double burger was warm and felt like I was eating my shoe sole. Onion rings were nice and hot and good. Wife said her food ok.
Went there to eat yesterday with my family and was told that there was no dine in even though the trashes were full, there was people eating in the restaurant, and it says open for dine in on the door. Very poor customer service. They need a new crew if they don't want to work and a new manager.
The chicken bucket is a yummy classic but the price!!! Wow that's not so classic! What happened KFC???
