Very great service. Love the food. Had a mix-up with my order but the manager helped me out perfectly and got it sorted out. She was very nice and didn't charge me extra love her! Look for Noemi.
We came in Monday night for the half priced family platters and were greeted by a hostess who was not professional at all, she was yelling across the restaurant at some of the servers and the stand right up front was dirty. There were drink cups and trash on it which I thought was unprofessional. She seemed frustrated that she had to seat us and didn’t treat us with any sort of respect.
Love. Management is great. Food is great. Drink are great. Short brown female manager with the cute make up seems like she runs a great show with the limited staff she has. Will always come here.
Great lunch menu, had the bow tie pasta with chicken and it was wonderful. Good and friendly service, and good prices.
Don’t do to go if you wanna pay $22 for a slice of lasagna… really disappointed. The quality of the food has gone downhill.
We went in 20 minutes ago, I noticed immediately that the restaurant is very dirty, we were seated in a corner of the bar, not sure why since we have our child with us, I couldn’t get over how dirty it is, anyway nobody ever came to wait on us, though it’s not busy and three wait staff passed us and nobody seemed to see us, but more than anything I really couldn’t get over how dirty it looked, and felt, so told my husband that I wouldn’t even want to eat food being served there because I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen must be since they have no issue with presenting such a dirty dining area, so we left, passed three servers hanging out by the front desk and none of them even noticed because they were too busy conversing. Don’t waste your time even pulling into the parking lot, you’ll only be disappointed.
I have to say, the manager stepped in and and really did her best to fix a terrible situation. However our waiter today was terrible. I can admit, we read the menu wrong and their meal for 2 was 24.99 a piece not all together. My father and I had gotten the deal. They weren’t particularly busy, but our waiter clearly had other priorities than our table however he was nice enough until it came time to pay. From the time we gave our order, until our meals were brought to the table was almost an hour and a half. We talked, ate some of the bread and our salads. Definitely wasnt in a rush. When my husband went up to pay the bill, the waiter tore the card out of his hand and ran it without showing us the bill. When he brought it back to the table for a signature, he mumbled something about the meal for 2. I had thought due to the amount, he double charged us so I followed him back into the bar area and stated my concerns about the bill. He had a complete attitude flip. He said it was right on the menu and the bill was correct. I said something to the affect of “oh really? I didn’t see that” and he whips a menu off the bar counter and points it out. “Oh wow. We wouldn’t have gotten it if we had known it was that expensive” He became derogatory using terms like “sweetheart” and stated it was a lot of food and I was ridiculous if I thought it should be less. I made the comment that he didn’t need to be so rude, to which he started yelling at me telling me I didn’t need to be rude and making other comments. I asked for his manager and he sneered at me “saying I would love to get my manager for you” he then pauses and says to me “ actually I am the manager on shift today”. I said “that’s fine, I’ll just call corporate since you’re so explosive”. He continued to yell “thank you for that” “you’re blaming me for your mistake”. I turn to leave then turn back around and asked for his name again. “ you don’t remember? I introduced myself to when you walked in”at this point the actual manager comes around the corner. She asked what was going on and I asked if there was main manager for the restaurant. She said she was the manager. I start explaining the situation as the waited continued to berate me and yelling for me to never come back again. The manager walked me towards the front of the store so she could get my side of things. She’s super apologetic agreeing he was out of line as he follows us back up to the front of the store and continues to yell at us. At this point the manager offered to comp our bill apologizing for his behavior and stating that usually he’s a great waiter. She was very kind and doing her best to take care of a situation. As we were leaving another family who were in the bar area asked if we were ok stating they had seen how he was acting and asking if I needed them to leave a review. I thanked them for their kindness and told them the manager was kind and trying to handle the situation. They informed the manager as well that they had seen the whole thing.
Ordered a medium rare steak and ended up with a rare steak two times! Manager was very nice and made me a different entree so I could eat with my family. 5 star for service. Cooks need improvement.
We went to Carinos to celebrate! My sister has brain cancer and they gave her a year to live , well it's been a year and she's still here. We want to thank our waiter Matt for making the celebration awesome, the food was delicious and the service was great thank you Matt.
10/10. Went in for a late-ish lunch with a cousin, just left and we already want to go back. Service was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food was excellent, well worth the price, with a few pleasant surprises. Atmosphere was exactly what I'd look for regardless if I was going for a casual meal with family and/or friends, a business meal, or even a date. Will go again
