Very disappointed I placed my order so I could eat my lunch at work and it didn’t arrive until my break was literally over. Took them 40 minutes to get me my food and I didn’t even get to eat it. By the time they finally got here I had to clock back in. I guess I’ll just eat a soggy sandwich at 10 pm when I’m off work. Thanks for not being freaky fast… like at all

I'm so impressed by this restaurant. I've never had anything but excellent service there. Today I went in to place a catering order and was helped by the manager, Robert.He was SO helpful. I wasn't sure how many sandwiches I'd need and he helped me figure out the best option. Then it came to the types of sandwiches, and he helped me select good choices for my guests.While I was there, I ordered a ham sandwich for lunch. I decided to eat in the restaurant, and because I was alone, I had the opportunity to see the employees doing their jobs, but laughing and joking with one another while working. In these times it's great to see people happy at work.

Ordered my sandwich’s from Robert who was very considerate on what I wanted. Food was great. I will definitely come back again. Five stars to Robert who I understand is the manager.

Three stars as the drive-thru just seems to get slower. I know “freaky fast” is a high bar, but that is the motto they chose.Jimmy, we believe your service can be “freaky fast” someday again!

Sandwich was good. I was puzzled by why the employees wore masks over their chins. We’re nearly two years into the pandemic. Hasn’t the Jimmy John’s corporation taught employees that masks are only effective at protecting employees and customers if they’re worn over both the nose and mouth?

I got laughed at on the phone for asking them to bring my cookie out that they forgot to put in the bag. Guy on the phone gave me the option of them bringing it out or crediting my account. So I chose to have them bring it out. Why give the option if it's such an inconvenience and also, laugh all you want. You're the ones that forgot to put an item that I paid for in my bag.

They were really busy and there was a long wait but they had excellent customer service and I really appreciate that.

Not understanding why the description of the sandwich on the new menu board does NOT match what they put on it? For example, we ordered a #12 which apparently comes with tomato, although the description does NOT say it does. This is true for the #9 as well. I asked if it comes with mayo and he said yes (but the menu description doesn't say mayo which is why I had to ask). SO confusing. Also, at the pickup counter I asked for a bag and the guy just handed it to me instead of putting my two sandwiches in it for me. What are they teaching these new workers? The price is also very high IMHO. Not a lot of meat for what you pay. Just not a very upbeat and friendly place anymore either. Disappointed to say the least.

As usual, the food is always freaky fast! Sandwiches are consistent in flavor and the staff is friendly with their service. I've placed orders in store and through their app multiple times and they always get the orders accurate and quick.

My review got deleted so I'll do it again - you need to tell your delivery drivers to follow the rules of the road. You have a driver in a white sedan, tinted wheels needs an inquiry from management about how they drive. I'll gladly come by the store, take a picture of the car and post it on here if I have to.
