This Jimmy John's is a bit questionable...and they were super slow for a Jimmy John's. I'm not going to say what I saw the drive through guy doing...but I probably won't be back.

The website said the store was open till 10:00. I ordered online around 9:10 and it went through, I arrive at around 9:20 to pick it up I went inside and before I could make it to the counter the person working said they were closed, I tried explaining that I I ordered online and that it charged my card and the worker said that he didn’t get any notification for it and his computer wasn’t working so he couldn’t check, he was in a hurry and shooed us off. If you’re going to close earlier than normal you should probably make it to where people can’t order online or AT LEAST refund them after a mistake was made on your part..

Website and the JJ app said they were open until 10PM. I ordered online at 9:09PM. I arrived to pick up my order at 9:22PM. The store was closed. The manager, Jericho, refused to give me my order or my money back. This Jimmy Johns literally stole $16.85 from me. Been two days now and still have no answer or my money back.

Made a online order for delivery its taking them going on 2hrs now to get my delivery. I followed up with a phone call and the person that answered told me they had 8 other orders this is why its taking them 2hrs now to deliver my food. If I could I would give this place 0 star's for their horrible services.

I try not to be negative but The "Big John" must have gone on a diet. 3 very thin slices of meat and a little lettuce. I paid $9 for about $2 worth of sandwich!

They’re so slow! They must be really short staffed because sandwiches are slapped together into messy piles so you know they’re trying to work quickly but it still takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through with 3 cars in line

Eaten here for years, and EVERY experience over the last 3 weeks, culminating in todays experience has been the deciding factor that I will never spend a penny here. Massive tips during Covid to help the employees, tons of orders to help the owners, and the experiences this last 3 weeks make me regret every bit of it.Todays experience: An hour wait for an online order, leading to a call. And the employee that answered was an utter tool, his answer was "I dunno, it'll be there". When asked for SOME estimation, I was told probably another 20 minutes. Due to the unbelievable tone, I canceled the order. And as I hung up, I watched the delivery driver pull in, answer the phone, and turn around. Having spent YEARS in customer service, the appropriate response would have been "hey, sorry about the delay man, but I'll make sure the driver hurrys", or even just delivering the food. Instead, the guy said "whatever", and then had the driver turn around, despite telling me he was 20 minutes out when he was actually pulling in.This is just the most recent experience. I've eaten there 5 other times in the last 3 weeks, and whether its an online order or dine in, the employees have been rude and utterly incompetent, the food incredibly sub-par versus the last few months, and just overall a poor experience. Clearly the owner has given up, and clearly neither the owner nor the employees bother to register who's tipping well, as anywhere else in the industry a 30% tip usually leads to better service. Unreal. Done with this Jimmy Johns, if the owner and staff don't care, then this community should support other businesses that DO care.

Quick and professional service, always accurate. A great place to go when you're hungry and short on time. They have lots of options and you can build basically whatever sandwich you want. There were a few people in line in front of me, however the worker was very efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. Definitely highly recommend this location for the excellent customer service!!

Leaving now, December 21st at around 8:30pm paid 23$ for 2 sandwiches.My girlfriend & I actively watched them assemble our subs without hairnets & would go back & forth from switching headsets & touching their hair to go back to assembling our subs USING THE SAME GLOVES.Not sure about you but I’m not a fan of dandruff or hair in my sandwiches.Left wondering why we even came if they’re going to do the bare minimum & ignore any kinds of sanitation.POOR STAFF, your making food for the public not yourself. DO BETTER

I just ordered a sub to my work, and the delivery driver dropped it off and left without his tip.I assumed, he would have the front desk to call me or at least call my cell number on the receipt. Instead he dropped it off and bolted. It would have taken me 8 seconds to get there.I have no complaints, just commenting because I thought he might have wanted the money.
