Another business that has quit accepting cash. I have money to spend and it isn’t good enough. Gandolfo’s across the street is better anyway.
Horrible service and slow as hell. Slower than my grandma, staff is horrible, they got my order wrong I got a club sandwich and they forgot to put the bacon on it. Ruined the whole sandwich should've just walked out . There were about 8 people in line and more behind me, I waited for about 20 minutes. Someone needs to get this place in shape with some adults who know how to run an establishment.
Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jersey mikes! They advertise as having gluten free, so when I went in and asked for them to clean the area before preparing my food I was met with backlash and attitude. So I canceled the order! My husbands sub had already begun to be made, and the lady behind the counter then got extremely rude with me about our orders. I immediately left, as she was yelling after me. With a room full of customers. Worst customer service I’ve ever received!
Our first time to eat here. It was a Special Olympics fund raiser. Subs were great. Need to have one closer to where we live, it was a 30 mile round trip but worth it
So I tried this place for the first time near their Expo Idaho location. I have Celiac Disease, and if you do your research, it means that one must not consume items containing gluten. That location seemed to be really careful like changing gloves, utensils, etc. I never reacted to it and moved on with my day. However, When I entered this place, I was shot down real quick. The staff running the place were so stressed looking and rushed when there was only 1 other person in the store. I got so anxious that I would be glutened, that I just left the store. It is a nice place though. Classic deli feel and the store was clean. I wouldn't recommend this Jersey Mike's location, but the one near Expo Idaho was much better.
I ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike’s in Meridian today. I ordered it at 11:41 AM and it said it would be ready at 12:41 PM. That seemed inordinately long but they were having a Special Olympics charitable event. I arrived at 12:45 pm and looked thru the shelf where the pick up orders were and didn’t find my order. I asked a clerk about my order and she couldn’t find the order slip or food. She asked another worker—-he looked thru the receipts and said “That order was already picked up.” I told them it wasn’t picked up by the person who paid for it. Then they all went back to work like I wasn’t there anymore. The guy finally asked me what my order was. Then I waited and watched customer after customer come through the door—go thru the line—- order food——get their food——and go out the door while I stood there waiting. It wasn’t until I got upset and asked, “My lucnch was stolen. Is anyone making my order?” Then another girl rudely replied “I’m making your sandwich right now, ok?” like I had no reason to be upset. In the end——no communication, no apology. So it took an hour and a half to get my lunch from the time I ordered it and I don’t live close to that restaurant. I will not patronize that store again.
First time eating here, I've heard good things so I was expecting goodness. Turned out pretty dang good! Seems like it hard to go wrong with any of their sandwiches.
This crew was so nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. My daughter is now a huge fan of Jersey Mikes!
Went in today for a sandwhich and they where so slow. I understand you have online orders, however there was only 1 person helping customers and taking orders the rest kinda seemed lost. This isn't the first time this has happened, seems like every time I come in there is always different people and service gets worse and worse and I eat here at least 4 or 5 times a month. This location has so much potential if you can get the right people and really train them. Set up a system and stick with it. 1 person doing meat and cheese, 2 people adding veggies, and 1 or 2 people wrapping.
Was pretty excited to try this place as I’ve heard good things but when I opened the wrapper I was pretty disappointed to find that the bread is soaked in oil and vinegar. Bread was almost completely soggy. The turkey tastes really weird. It was inedible. I will never be going back and encourage others not to as well as there are way better sandwich places that know how to put oil and vinegar on their sandwiches without drenching the bread.
