Excellent food. Server was especially proficient and welcoming. Alas, I cannot recall her name so I hope you can identify her and reinforce that my wife and I did appreciate her work.

Our server Justin was incredible, smart and kind! And the food oh my goodness… it was extraordinary. I’m picky about prime rib and it was absolutely perfect as ordered. Came in with reservations for 5:00 on a Thursday.Drinks were amazing and there were many to choose from. Beer tasted cold and good! For a coors light and a margarita. Very good quality food and drinks and from what I could see, sitting so close to the kitchen, the entire kitchen staff was professional and profoundly skilled at cooking. Well traveled food-ie and this place was recommended. Absolutely loved my evening here. Highly recommend.

We are used to great food at Jakers. This time it was only good not great.
Shout out to the amazing staff at Jakers (especially the kitchen manager tonight) that made sure that we were taken care of and came and apologized for a rude customers behavior (which was completely beyond his control). The food was great, the service was great, we will definitely be back!
Not sure what has happened at this location but it isn't what it used to be. We went for a birthday party and arrived a little early so decided to have drinks at the bar. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Once the rest of our party arrived we all ordered and out of 5 dishes the guy that had the fish and chips was the only person happy with the food. The coconut shrimp app was definitely not worth $16 for 4 pieces of small shrimp. The seared ahi salad wasn't seared at all and was basically looked like an after thought on the dish. The service at the table was very good and he took great care of us. It's just hit and miss now as to what you are going to get here. Not worth the risk to pay so much for mediocre food.
My husband and I loved the food, didn't love the service. The waiter seemed to disappear for long periods of time, forgot my refill and then took 20 minutes to pick up our debt card.
Their menu is diverse offering excellent dishes. Our server was attentive and helpful.
This was one of the best bacon wrapped hamburger steaks and loaded baked potato I have ever eating. What made the experience so much better was our waitress Macy. Thanks for your great service. Highly recommended.
