Ok. I get it. Working at a fast food restaurant isn't the glory job but, when I ask for extra pickles on a burger and a side of mayo and get a side of mustard and no pickles.......is it that hard!!!???? I do not recommend this place at all!!! Lazy people and bad food!! Stay away and get a hot dog off the roller next door at the gas station. At least you get what you ordered. I wish I could put a negative score but can't leave less than a one star rating.
On 2 occasions now, we have waited at the drive-thru menu around 7:30pm waiting for someone to take our order and no ever did. I can’t think of a worse thing to do at a fast food restaurant than to not have someone attending the drive-thru during normal dinner hours. It’s too bad this location is closest to my house because my family will drive to the 5 Mile location from now on.
Our Cheeseburger got served w/o cheese. The burger was very small and crushed in the bag.Chix salad was expensive.Shakes were good.Will I return to this location? Probably not

Location consistently gets my special custom order correct. They're quick, too, even during high traffic hours. You know what? That's all I need from a fast food joint. Would've rated 5 stars but lobby was in poor shape, looks like a team of drywall hangers just trampled through the place. I'm sure they'll get to tidying it up when the counter traffic dies down.
Our food was messed up the first time, the soda wasn't mixed probably and then said it was just the drink and tried to argue when the soda tasted like water then redid the drinks and without wearing gloves moved the lids and straws from the drink we asked them to redo to the new drink. One girl wasn't very polite and seemed very irritated just to serve us our food. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. I'm sorry to makes this review but I believe that this store needs to understand how their actions affect their costomers.
I went to get one of the pineapple shakes and unfortunately they were all out of mix. I did order a meal and the employees were friendly and nice. My food came out cooked to order. I will go again. I just hope they have the shake mix next time.
This location was a bad example of jack. Walked in and the whole staff was on their phones. Burgers were so cold and dried out we had to ask them to remake the burgers. The cook rolled his eyes and asked why. We said it was dry and tough and not hot. He then grabbed a chicken patty and found this to b true and threw away the rest of them and made more. By then the fries were even colder and no longer good. The tables were all dirty. Another worker was just talking w who appeared to b her bf and didnt seem to b working until the trainee (who was great and very polite and helpful) asked for help. There was no cars in line. Besides myself and 1 other customer in the store. Dont know why tables were gross and food stale. Will not go back.
Helpful and nice employees. Chicken sandwich was a bit cold and they didnt hesitate to throw it back on the grill for me. Good experience and food was fast and fresh
This is THE slowest drive thru ever. I go a few times a month and it's not uncommon to spend 25 minutes or more trying to get through. The staff isn't super friendly, but I try to be graceful... maybe they are short-staffed and just working hard and very tired. Food is like any other Jack in the Box-I mostly only get the tacos, which are always good; if I change it up and try a burger, I'm usually disappointed.
