Absolutely ridiculous service, as it is every single time I go to this location. Pulled up to the drive thru and there were two cars I'm front of me. It took 45 minutes to receive my food. And the girl with the blue hair obviously doesn't want to be there and treats customers poorly.
I really like Jack in the box. Whether you get a sourdough, jack or two tacos, they're always pretty quick and quite tasty. Not bad for the price and they always have some new cool sandwiches to try or something.
They warned us it would be a wait...45 + minutes. They were apologetic. I think they were focused on drive thru. I ordered a sourdough Jack. The toast was way undercooked. The French fries "so so" warm.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. We have been 3 times and every time sucked. The first time they forgot half the order and didn’t give me a receipt. The second time the didn’t put the chicken nuggets in the kids meal bag so all we got were fries and again didn’t give me a receipt. The third time was the last straw. They forgot part of the order again, wouldn’t give me a receipt and we found plastic in our burger. That time we went back asked for a manager to give a refund and she was the rudest person. They need to be shut down.
To the gentleman in the window this evening, Dude you rock socks! From taking my order, to the Gal giving my drinks, top notch service. We had to deviate from something requested, but the recommendation turned out to be aces ? From the sounds of it, the front and back of the house had awesome communication (always highly regarded in the restaurant business). This is exactly the type of group you want working for you. The food is good and always consistent which is the reason for the two stars. However, there’s this bigger female who works at the window who is very miserable. She is rude, lazy, lacks discipline and shouldn’t be in a customer service position. She always says they are out of things, ignores people, never can do more than one order and the first time we sat inside to eat, she talked badly about an elderly woman while we were eating inside. It was all over a shake.. Her husband had to come inside and the manager was very nice. He resolved the issue in a respectful manner.
So disappointed. We had been up for a long time working and decided to stop for a midnight curly fry and milkshake run :) we went to one location and they were not open so we tried this location because it said it was open until 2 am only to find they were closed. Kinda ruins the jack in the box reputation, and watch, in reply to this review, they are going to ask me to fill out their form.
We had the best customer service from Andrew tonight, he went above and beyond with our order. He has great communication and was very helpful. Thank you Andrew!
I went yesterday to get me some Tacos and I ended up getting the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with regular fries, and a medium drink, and my 2 tacos well the fries were cold, and I had to ask for a cup of ice because there was no extra ice in my drink, it was disappointing that my food was not what I expected. I didn't have time to call you yesterday, but I've called twice today 4-27-22 and no one answers.
I have never been to a fast food place with a more down to earth staff. They understand the value of true customer service
