Me and my family went to IHOP off Fairview and had a great meal. Our server was Cindy and she was amazing! You could tell that they were busy but she did such a good job that we felt like we were the only ones there. We are very thankful and happy with the meal and experience. If you are in the area definitely go in and ask for Cindy!
Our burger order was very delicious. Fresh. Flavorful. Warm when it arrived by delivery. Even a fruit cup actually tasted fresh! The order arrived on time and we were kept well-informed about our order's process and arrival time.
Low class, low skill experience.No drink order taken, server returned to offer water. I order 2 with lemon. One water brought out, so I said, no, it's for both of us, then another water came out without lemon. I also ordered ice tea & a milkshake. Ice tea was undrinkable. Perhaps the pot is never cleaned or poor quality ingredients? Milkshake was fantastic with extra on the side. We were not offered a side choice with omelet. They brought us pancakes even though we had ordered more pancakes as a side. If offered with the omelet, we would have gotten hashbrowns.Food arrived without any flatware on the table nor napkins. We expected higher from the Meridian location, but will have to try elsewhere.
Written during the summer of 2022. Went for dinner and the place was almost empty. Only one person working the kitchen, so food took over 45 minutes to come out. While the service was apologetic, the sense was that this was the norm for them. The food was good and service attentive. I would not recommend going (at least not for dinner service), as the wait was not worth it.
They were out of creamer for the coffee! Seriously, almost like being without syrup in a pancake house ?♀️. The bathroom was completely out of soap. That is disgusting! How do employees handling food wash after using the restroom? Unfortunately I didn’t discover this prior to eating ? I can’t believe after all of the health violations how they are even open.
There's not a breakfast restaurant more simple than IHOP. Sometimes, simple is exactly what you need. I ordered the original French toast with a side of hash browns, and both came out the perfect color, and tasted like it, too.
The pancakes are OK. Had the spicy poblano. It was good but not over the top. It felt like it was missing something to add spice. Waitress only checked on us once to fill out drinks. I was out of water most of the stay. It is a good place if you just want a breakfast quick but there are much better breakfast restaurants in the area with much better customer service. The facility had pilling paint and seats that felt like a kid jumped on it a long time. Again not bad but not really that good either.
Food was overall pretty good. There was a mistake on a dish from our party and they took it off the bill since we didn't have time for them to remake it. Server was very polite and had refills for our drinks quickly. Would recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as there is a wide variety of foods. Service lacked slightly but I feel like that's expected with covid.
This has been the best ihop experience i have ever had. All thanks to our server Isaiah H. His service was extraordinarily pristine. I would fully recommend the Fairview location with this server. His personality was both enjoyable and helpful. He made great recommendations along with the good connection. He deserves a raise. - poem folk
Service is subjective to time. I went at a bad time. Our server, Isiah, was one of the best I’ve seen. He was nice, tried his best to help everyone as quickly as possible, he even called out the cooks for not doing things right. For example: my buddy ordered the stake omelette, out of every one who ordered at the table he got his food last, which ended up being completely different than what he actually asked for. I myself also didn’t receive everything in my order, as well as my girlfriend. Out of the four orders 1 ended up being correct. Isiah quickly compromised the situation, so it was decent in the end.The basic summary: Isiah was awesome, the other workers not so much, and the whole situation was stressful.
