My husband found a new favorite Sushi place .. and that’s FUJIYAMA ???❤️❤️❤️ !!!The quality of the fresh fish is VERY good, great service, nice ambience …We like the big screen @ the Sushi bar !!And on top of all of those, the price is not expensive at all, compared to other Sushi places which quality are not as good as this one !!Good job Fujiyama, keep up the good work ?❤️??
I got the hand roll sushi combo, the nori was too hard to eat and the sushi was put in a bag with cooked food, compromising the temperature of the food.The fried tofu was undercooked and still rubber like.All in all left tons to be desired and I wont be coming back.

Been coming here for a long time and never had worse service than tonight. At the end of our meal, the server brought our bill and I didn't even look at it, just handed them my card. A different server brought it back with a tip already added and no place to sign. When we asked about it, we were told that a lot of people haven't been tipping lately so they just add it now. Didn't like that answer so I asked to talk to our original server. She said it was policy and that it was on the menu. Asked to speak to a manager and were denied. We have been to this restaurant countless times and never had a tip automatically added. I could understand of we were a large party, but it was just my wife and kids, total of 4 people. There are so many other options for sushi in Meridian. Skip this one.
Don’t order the Ramen. Egg is too over cooked, gave off a weird smell and taste, the ramen base seemed lifeless and dull flavor. Otherwise the sushi was decent
Amazing takeout for a first time customer! Beautifully designed rolls that were all flavorful & fresh. Also had delicious tempura sweet potato slices, which I would highly recommend as well. The restaurant itself has a peaceful & beautiful interior, which is also very clean from what I could see. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu - especially their sushi rolls!
Absolutely worth the reviews. My experiences are via delivery, so I can't speak to dine-in experience, however I would expect it to be great.Finding sushi in a land-locked state can at times be a gamble, however Fujiyama is consistently fresh and delicious. Every time I have ordered I get something different, and each time it is well made and very fresh. If you want reliable sushi, go here!
My family has been to this restaurant so many times, we loved it. Tonight we went in my husband and I, our 7yr old and 2 yr old. We went to pay and we were charged $19 for a tip. We asked why and the hostess said because were were considered a large group. My 2 yr old isn’t even a whole person lol. Our waitress took our order, dropped off our food and she never came back, this is not ok. We don’t mind leaving a tip, actually we always leave 20%, no problem. We will not be returning to this place.

Food, staff, and atmosphere were amazing. Had a blast coming here for dinner with my family for my birthday. Definitely will frequent again.Also make sure to try the Love Boat, bit be warned it requires several people to conquer it.
