Margarita has got to be one of the top 5 employees of this entire corporation. I hope her boss knows what an absolutely outstanding job she is doing in how she represents the franchise with quality and friendliness and exquisite customer interactions. Give this girl a raise. Bravo.
Great tasting sandwiches and salads i always get the Italian one and the chicken salad without vingar it tasted so fresh and sandwich was warm.
Sandwiches have been subpar for a while now. But if the chicken and dumplings soup doesn't have chicken or dumplings, just tell me you're out. Don't give me chicken broth with carrots
Ordered 2 Italian subs to go. Got home , one side of bread toyaly soggy. Didn't taste like am Italian. Couldn't find the salami. Very disappointed.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves but excellent sandwiches a salad was not my favorite I had to go ask for extra cheese it is almost all lettuce they see it comes with tomatoes but not very many so if you're looking for a good salad I wouldn't buy one there there just isn't any vegetables it's just almost all lettuce
Love Firehouse subs usually order the spicy Cajun chicken large sandwich. Food is very good and most of the people are very friendly. It would be nice to see more smiles on the faces of the counter staff. I like their support of the fire fighters.
Friendly staff. Sandwiches were OK (I like Jimmy John's better). Assured me that my sandwich came with a dill pickle spear but never got it. Probably won't stop again for the price of fast food.
