I have been to this restaurant many times. The food and service has always been outstanding. 5-17-2022 was the first time since the pandemic that I had been to this restaurant. My friend and I had Evodia for a server. The food was great as expected. Evodia was not helpful or friendly. Not only did she appear to be put out that we were there, but when we asked about menu items she was very short and not helpful with her answers. She actually intimidated my friend who did not want to ask her anything or get her attention. She just made me mad with her attitude. We are not hard to please and/or to wait on, we are not demanding at all. But, really, keeping water glasses full, 1 time, asking how we are 1 time and answering 2 questions about menu items is not too much to ask. I hate to say this, but with other choices in the area, I am going to recommend going somewhere else.
Good food and good service. Raspberry tea was also very good. Restaurant appeared clean, food served in timely fashion and was checked on just enough by staff.
Highly recommend the Pollo a la Chipotle! It soooo good! Best thing I've had from their menu by far. The staff were extremely nice, on top of being there for the customer, and food came out in a timely manner and hot. Loved coming here! Yummy!
We love Fiesta Guadalajara! We go there often. My family went Sunday March 27 for a birthday celebration and we had the best lunch and drinks. The food is delicious and we always have a great experience. The waiters and waitresses are so kind and do a great job!
This place had delicious food and the service was so good. They were very clean and it was family-friendly.
ok im going to 1st say that we are from Arizona so we have VERY good Mexican food down there?♀️?♂️...BUT with that being said this place in Meridian Idaho has the BEST chile rellenos we have EVER had?!! we really like this place ALOT thank you for the wonderful service we receive here at eating inside at their great booths or picking up their awesome carryout?☝!! LOOK NO FURTHER..HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 ?
Food was good but don’t come here in person if you’re not Mexican. Next time I’ll have to do takeout, it’d be nice if the waiters knew how to speak English. Frustrating to order when the idiots can’t talk properly.

The food was better than okay; nothing special. However, the service was not okay. Our server seemed to be bothered by the fact we were there! (Was it because we had waters?) The other staff we met, same thing. Not friendly or welcoming. Our server brought our food out and made sure our waters were filled, but not warm at all.I easily rate places 5 stars (I'm a nice guy!), but couldn't for this one. Sorry!
