Although I deeply respect the longevity and history of this business, food items outside of ice cream and shakes needs to improve. My initial bite into the cheeseburger tasted like peanut shells (though I am certain peanut oil was not used). It pains me to think that I have had better flavor and experiences with national chains. The tots were superior to the burger, but that is an every day supermarket item and not an accolade. Table tops were somewhat greasy. Ambience was nice and staff was friendly.

There were 5 or 6 people working. There was one other couple dining inside . Every table was dirty the bar was dirty so we ate outside at a dirty table. The bathroom was also dirty and littered with little scraps of toilet paper. The kid running the drive through was on his phone as was another young gal on her phone. both had gloves on , touching their phones and then handing food out. However the gal that took our order was extremely friendly and it appeared she was trying to keep the place going. Her name was Megan I believe. The cook was also working hard. Also pricing not clear unless it was in fine print . If you order a combo meal with one of their flavored soft drinks it's an extra dollar. I will say the food was fresh and the fries were hot. Hopefully you can tell you're staff to get off their phones and clean a table.

We got the peanut fudge parfait and peanut butter shake, pretty delicious! 4 stars because the cups were dripping ice cream out of the lids. It was a huge mess and were not given napkins in the drive thru.Overall - we'll be back. ?

Customer service still needs work & drive thru takes forever but! Great shakes were enjoyed by all

We love this place. Food and ice cream are wonderful. The flavorburst machine is always down though and that's our favorite so it sucks to make the drive to find that out. Still good and I'm sure it'll be resolved soon, won't stop us from coming back! There are plenty of other options!

Had our dog with us so needed outdoor seating for lunch. Servers were friendly, offered my dog a cup pup, which she loved! Brought our food out to us, and offered assistance if needed. Shakes are to die for, over 50 available. Plus, the offer tater tots instead of fries, so I was even more satisfied.

We made a family visit to Fanci Freez with varied results. First, the good:I tried their Huckleberry Burger (yes, you read that correctly -- Huckleberry) and it was surprisingly good. They put huckleberry glaze in place of regular condiments. It was quite sweet which was an interesting flavor profile. I wouldn't choose it often instead of savory options; however, it was a fun experience. My wife had the Mushroom Burger and it was very good -- plenty of thinly sliced grilled mushrooms with lettuce and Swiss cheese. Two grandsons had dipped ice cream cones -- chocolate dipped in chocolate and vanilla dipped in butterscotch. They didn't talk much because they were too busy eating. The cones were large and threatened to melt before they could finish. The other grandson had a medium Oreo shake and complained that it was too thick... To me, that is a good thing -- who wants a thin shake?! This teenager, who normally is a bottomless pit when it comes to food, couldn't quite finish his shake -- another positive. My wife & I love huckleberries (evidenced by my choice of burgers); therefore, we shared a large Huckleberry Shake. It had plenty of whole berries and good thick ice cream. It was a tasteful delight! The only problem is that the fruit kept getting stuck in the over-sized straw. We had to ask for a spoon to enjoy most of the huckleberries [see my second photo]. In our book, that is not much of a problem. Now, for the downsides:I asked for grilled onions on my burger; however, they were not grilled. The overall flavor was fine anyway; but I expect restaurants to get the order done correctly. The Italian Soda and Spin drinks for my daughter and son-in-law didn't get prepared until they went back to the counter and inquired about them. For some reason, the staff forgot to complete the entire order. The place was only medium-busy on a Thursday evening; so there is really no good excuse for that oversight. Son-in-law liked his Orange Spin whereas daughter said Sonic's Italian sodas are better.Good / bad??:The first chocolate dipped cone was a medium size instead of the large which was ordered. When the error was noted, the staff quickly prepared a large cone. That grandson was happy because he now had a cone in each hand.Back to the good:The servers were pleasant and responded well when the issues were brought to their attention. They quickly fixed their errors without any poor attitude.Overall, we had a nice experience!

We have stopped twice to eat. So far they have messed ip the order 3 times in two visits. Two times it was messed up by the person taking the order. The third time was by the person making shakes who couldn’t get the right type and size correct. When we mentioned it was wrong they acted upset that we would mention it. I guess they figured we should just be happy with what they decided to make and not what we ordered. Also don’t like the fact that they request a tip before you even get your order. They don’t even bring you your order or refill your drink. What did they do besides stand at the register and mess up your order to earn a tip. A tip is for good service above and beyond. Not just because you work there! How many of us out there get a tip for just going to work and doing nothing out of the ordinary? Does a machine operator get a tip every day he shows up at work at Go-Go Squeeze? No!!! So nock it off, your doing nothing to earn a tip. We wont be back.

Best soft-serve I’ve cream shop in the valley! Shakes, sundaes and an amazing banana split!Great burgers and fries, and onion rings too!
