My husband has ALS and we visited a couple different locations. The DB employees were absolutely wonderful. We laughed and took pictures with our Muscular Dystrophy rep April.
This Dutch is awesome! Don't let the long lines fool you, they're SUPER FAST and you'll get in and out crazy quick!
I love Dutch! When my drinks are made right they are the best and definitely better than Starbucks! But I've been noticing the inconsistency in my drink. Obviously if I'm saying to you Sugar free drink with extra Sugar free syrup and add another flavor of sugar free syrup... that means I REALLY want to make sure that you're making it SUGAR FREE! So why would you naturally assume that I want the chocolate milk in it that's FILLED WITH SUGAR? I get it, they're kids.
I love this shop, I go here at least twice a day and everyone is always so friendly. However, during lunch I went to go get my regular drink with white chocolate drizzle and I was missing the drizzle. Which is fine, i've worked in the food industry and I understand people forget. I wanted to make sure I could get the drizzle so I handed the drink back to the blonde woman with glasses and received the most disgusted look when making eye contact. Dutch Bros has always been such a nice place to go, but i'm not too sure about visiting this location anymore.
So it’s my birthday today and they refused to give me a free drink. I was so sad! They told me I had to download the app and wait a day….. I was already there and on my way to work. Last year they did it with just the flash of my ID. Trash customer service. They were soooo rude not a good experience at all? double thumbs down.
Worst service ever, asked for milkshake; they gave me frost even without topping. Is it normal to ask for tips upfront? If I want to, I’ll give it to you with no questions.
The drinks are good at Dutch bros, but you pay $5 a drink with mostly ice. I always say light ice please I hate taking 3 sips and my it's gone just feels like you get ripped off. I said light ice 2 times and still again got a cup full of ice.
The drinks were amazing as usual. The two guys who helped us were absolutely hilarious! Their upbeat and playful attitude was infectious?
