The drinks are obviously the same at every stand, so they’re good, but this location has a major issue with employees directing traffic in a safe way. They’ll be putting in a customers order on the iPad with space for three cars between them and the window, leaving the cars behind them hanging into the driveway or blocking the parking lot. Common sense would dictate that you move forward when there’s no one in front of you. It’s not hard…

The staff here is beyond amazing, I come almost every day and most of them have remembered my order and my name, amazingly friendly atmosphere, literally the reason I won't go to another dutch is because of how awesome the people are, don't listen to the negative reviews there are just some people who can't be pleased no matter what and they sure do love to exaggerate, if you know how to drive the lines and parking lot aren't a problem
Unbelievably slow, I watched 5 cars zoom through the other line before they even got through three cars on my side and when I got up to the window they hadn’t even started to make my drink. What is the point of them taking your order early if they aren’t at least already starting on it. And I know they had plenty of staff as I watched three of them walking to and from their storage unit, two of them not even carrying things just chatting with the third. Then to top it all off the first sip of my coffee and I get a lovely little blonde hair in my mouth, my hair is black. Absolute waste of my time and money. Thanks for making me late for work for a drink I couldn’t even drink.
I love...LOVE Dutch! but I was heartbroken when I showed up at 5 and y'all were still closed. Hate to admit I cheated on you, but I needed caffeine and my pup needed her pup-a-chino! I'll of course be back. but just a tiny bit sad ?
