Normally we just use the app and order and dont have issues. Today I tried to call in an order for carry out while I was driving home. (Yes hands free), I had a 15 minute drive, after 12 minutes of the very new girl trying to do her job with no help from her peers I told her I was almost there and would just come in. Apparently everyone there is new and the more tenured employees literally just sat back and watched them struggle with taking my order. I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation. I didn't freak out. I thanked the new employees for trying there best and left after waiting 30 minutes for carry out. The food was good and the order was correct but very disappointed with how the staff didnt help their new hires. Hopefully that changes.
I am a former Domino's employee worked there from 2015 to 2017 at a different store. My wife now regularly twice a week comes in and picks up a Philly cheese steak Pizza. I love this store because they know my wife by name and take care of her every time she's in. She's happy and they do an amazing job.
Ordered online, showed up 30 minutes later, gave the name on the order and was told to wait a few minutes. After many orders come and go they approach me to ask for the name again, after multiple searches and a phone number they tell me I may have the wrong dominos. I show them my order to which they explain its lost and offer a remake. Another 20-30 minutes of waiting and I end up getting my food. This is just one of the several experiences that has me heading to a different location.
Domino's stuff cheese bread is my absolute favorite. I was so disappointed when I received my order it was flat as a pancake. Hardly any bread or cheese. ☹️
Do your delivery drivers no longer knock, ring the doorbell, or text that food has arrived? Not sure how long our food was outside but pizza was cold. Also, the wrong salad was delivered. That was corrected, but once again the driver didn't alert us in any way.. We've been ordering from this location for a long time and that hasn't happened before.
Our pizza was made to the best of our expectations! The pizza delivery driver Jacob was amazingly kind. All in all we enjoyed our experience quite a bit.
They're always quick and my food is always prepared correctly and tastes delicious! The bacon ranch pizza is amazing and the cinnamon twists and icing are phenomenal.
This is the easiest and most user friendly app I've ever used. While most stores have been great this particular store is sharp.From he first initial contact all the way through delivery. Very quick very thorough and food is always hot and tasty! Thank You
Asked Domino's to fill a big order and deliver it to Settler's Park today at 1pm. They showed up right on time, the order was filled perfectly and they supplied us with plates and napkins. The pizza was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. Thanks Domino's at Fairview and Linder!
