We had brisket, pulled pork and ribs. All were top shelf 10 out of 10! Yummy!
I came in because we had a coupon for signing up for kids bowling, only this specific location, although on the list, well the thing didn't work, but the gentleman that helped me, and put through the discount and they rushed my order, and even threw in extra stuff. Love Dickeys!
Probably the worst service I have ever gotten. I walked in was not greeted and stood there for several minutes in front of employees as they said nothing. When one person did finally say something he seemed annoyed that I had walked in. Then he took my enter order and sent me down the line as I stood there for several more minutes until someone took my side order. I was with 2 other people and as I stood by the check out waiting someone walked over to check me out. I let him know that 2 more people would be with me when he walked away annoyed. After I checked out I noticed that sauces cost extra which is fine but it was several more minutes until someone could get lids after we paid for them. Food was good, but honestly since I felt as if I was inconveniencing the employees for being there I would not come back.
Food was not good at all wasnt even cooked and the brisket I got was burnt they also didn’t even get my order right so I paid for food I didn’t get. Do not recommend
The workers Jaelee, Maddy, Collin, and Kayla are such great employees. Their customer service was amazing. Maddy and Jaelee went out of their way to help us! We will be back!

The workers maddy, Kayla, and Colin are amazing workers and help out in many situations. They also have amazing food the meat is cooked just right and the Mac and cheese is so good. This was a great decision to come here. I will be going there again soon.
Do not recommend this location. Despite being given a pick-up time, they didn't start preparing the order until my husband arrived. Then they gave him the wrong order. When they finally gave him our order, the server checked the order for completeness and gave it to him. Upon returning to our hotel, we found 2 sides missing, no pickles or onions as requested, no utensils, and the Texas toast we paid extra for was replaced with dinner rolls that were not an upcharge. Oh, and no butter for the rolls. The meats were all dry. The jalapeño beans were bland. The coleslaw was ok. The portions are small, in our opinion. I called and was offered a refund for the missing items. I'll genuinely be shocked if I actually get it without having to call again.
Uneatable. I order the competition plate today. Burnt ends and brisket. Of the hundreds of times in my life that I have had brisket, this was the worst. The burnt ends were literally burnt chunks that I couldn't even get a fork through and certainly couldn't chew. The brisket was cut with the grain... for all you bbq gurus, and was the consistency of leather. I couldn't get through it with the knife provided, so I pulled it into strings... like cheese. I couldn't chew through those either. I debated letting them know, and decided that I better so the next customer doesn't have to eat what I did (or couldn't). I was told that the brisket (and pork that was also dry in my daughters sandwich) were new today so they didn't understand how it could be so dry and crusty. I said taste it. They responded that they don't like brisket. ...Well I wonder why. I got a very nice sorry.
Went to order 3 rib plates on a Sunday. The meat was so fatty and zero sauce came with it. Even the roll was hard and cold. Never going back.
