First off, I have always loved DQ frozen treats, regular food is just ok. But today, we were going through the drive through at 1:50pm and whoever was running the speaker was the greatest ever! She was kind, and fun, and funny and we were cracking up. I couldn’t help but post a review for how awesome she was. Keep up the great work!Found out her name: Bionca

I don't like leaving negative feedback, but someone needs to tell this crew that what they gave us for a salad left us deciding never to go back. I am including a picture, but it does not do the salad justice...it's worse.The lettuce (what there was of it) was pink on the edges, there was only 4 bite size pieces of chicken (with gristle, so we couldn't eat 2 of them), no bacon, 1/2 dozen very small pieces of tomato thrown on the side, and the salad itself only filled less than 1/2 of the bowl.We have gone to DQ a million times for salads, but we will not go back.They were advertising for "help wanted"...they need it.
I had a Flamethrower burger with fries and an iced tea from the drive through. Good burger, good fries. I also go there pretty regularly for an ice cream treat such as a Butterfinger Blizzard. The staff are nice. Fast food atmosphere, except they play a religious music station sometimes, which makes it feel less welcoming for non-Christian folk.
I had an order for 3 people which took a while to get but I think they were lacking staff. I got home with our food and everyone's order was right. They did forget the condiments I asked for on my hamburger ? and the lettuce. However, I did have them at home except for the lettuce. I can't believe how much things there have gone up in price since I was last there.
It was packed when we went and somehow all our food was served cold. We had 3 meals and not a single bit was even warm. This was after waiting 20 minutes for our food. Only reason for 2 stars is for the ice cream.
they got a huge crew ready to serve food up real fast. it's great to see a fast food company that is compensating people well enough and taking that very seriously. this is the biggest crew I've seen in boise area.
Sounds like everyone complaining on here doesn't understand what understaffed and overworked means. Thanks for great food and nice people DQ.
I only get the same blizzard. But, its always good.
We went to this diary queen for free cone day. 1st off let me say kudos to this location for having thier dining room open. The other Meridian one was only open for 4 hours and drive-thru only. The resturant was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. We got our cones in the right flavor and with the right dip!!Kudos to this DQ franchise owner. As a former DQ employee and corporate new store staff member I saw a great DQ team and experience!!
