Tried Cupbop for the first time today. I grabbed the combo bop (you get to pick 2 items) with tofu and veggies. They prepared fresh fried tofu for my bowl. It was so good! The noodles in my cup were really yummy and had great flavor. I did get level 2 sauce for my bowl. I didn't expect it to be as spicy a it was. After having covid my pallet can't handle heat very well so if you have a sensitive pallet, I would stick with level 1 sauce. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back.
I was excited to try this place. I ordered the beef and crispy chicken and really enjoyed it. I typically like spicy food and I ordered mine a seven and a half and to be honest with you it was pretty spicy. I mean it wasn't overbearing but I can't imagine how spicy the number 10 is. The lady working there was very nice and welcoming. She advised me to try the seven and a half. Next time I'll order just a little bit of lower spiciness to get the perfect amount. The inside is very nice and they do have some tables available for outside seating. Make sure you shake your bowl to mix it up properly before you eat it. I recommend giving this place a try.

This place is very affordable for the portion you get and is consistently good! One employee (who I believe is named Stephanie) was so sweet, funny, and took time to get to know us! She deserves some recognition and I will be looking forward to the great service and food. The people are seriously so nice and the food is unique for what you can usually get in Meridian. Please never get rid of the tofu
I love me some cupbop!!! The employees are always super talkative and friendly. We had a pretty good convo with the guy that helped us out. I should have gone with the ten though for spice, it just wasn't hot enough haha, my bad not theirs. Plus they have some deals going on so that's always nice. Tell them Jordan sent you
We went for the special day but won't ever do that again! The food waste alone that was created in the 40 minutes we were trapped just breaks me! Was an easy fix if they had a better system.. They also could have had people in & out at double speed! You ordered with one person who passed to another.. That person then was trying to remember the 4 orders she just said plus the 6 he was already doing and she just went back to standing on the line.. If one person took the order and followed it all the way through or wrote it on the bowl and they actually talked to the customer multiple orders would not have been remade.. Best wishes but that was a headache!
Good food. Decent quality. Usually not too busy but fast if they need to be. I'll say this they are faster than the McDonald's or taco bell in the same parking lot area. Oh and the food is obviously better.
Great food, great service, and conveniently located. I work in Eagle and live in Middleton so this is a nice spot for me.
The staff were really nice and very helpful! The food was hot and incredibly delicious! My order was completed quickly. The dining area was very clean. My entire family will definitely return again!
I love the food! Cupbop used to be one of my favorites. However, when I recently went there, I was disappointed. The service was slow. There was a long line of customers, yet the workers were moving at a snails pace and almost acted as if they had no idea what they were doing. When I got my food, it was a much smaller portion than in the past. Usually it's at least yo the top of the container, but this time, it was approximately 3/4 full. I live about a mile away and the food was cold by the time I got home. I was sorely disappointed in this visit.
