Best dang cookies. My favorite are chocolate chip and sugar with the pink frosting. Delicious. Addict for life. You know other people feel the same way when there is a line at 8pm on a weeknight in Boise.
God awful. Because my card was declined too many times I can't order with them at all. I got no help or assistance with the matter instead got a "sorry we can't help you." Worst business I've ever seen. Amazing cookies. Shifty ownership and management. Highly recommend NOT wasting your time effort or money.
The service has gone down tremendously since this store opened. It takes longer and longer to get your order. Tonight, I waited 5 minutes past my pickup time to check on my order. I was told it’d be another 20 minutes minimum. Anyone that walked in was told it’d be 45 minutes. Priority was given to Door Dash. Thanks Crumbl for not giving priority to your customers that actually drive to your store.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would they deserve it. This place is is not organized at all. The teenagers working there are rude and act like they don't want to work. They never have cookies ready if you order ahead. The cookies aren't even that good. Just a horribly ran place.
Loved ordering through the app! It made pickup easy and wait-free! As always, the cookies were amazing! We delivered them to family that was in desperate need of some cheer! ?
I love Crumbl and will continue to order. Couple of days ago I did a delivery order, they went to deliver, person wasn’t home so they didn’t leave the order, which i understand. I called to see what to do the next day, they were super friendly and helpful and sent the order back out again. The problem was, they sent the completely wrong cookies. I ordered their chocolate chip and they delivered a combination of their flavors with no chocolate chip!We didn’t call again just kept the ones they delivered-
I love how Crumbl Cookies changes their flavors every week. It's exciting to find out what new or returning flavors they have each week. The app is also set up great, and I can find everything easily.
I just started going to crumble cookies and the cookies are the best I've ever had. They are a little pricey but it's worth every penny. They bake them to order so they're always hot and fresh. They charge their menu often to new exciting flavors. Also the cookies are not little they are huge. Me and my wife will split one cookie because they're so big. If you order online they will bring the cookies out to your car.
Let me start out by saying I have a major love/hate relationship with Crumbl! I live across the street from this location, and the cookies keep me coming back, but the service and in-store experience is TERRIBLE!!The Crumbl social media accounts get you majorly hyped, but actually making a purchase is extremely anti-climatic. It's like the cookie version of going to the DMV, complete with the slow lines, cold unfriendly staff, and then awkwardly standing around waiting to be called.The Meridian location is squeezed into a strip mall, so there's no close parking. Another mood-killer is that unlike a traditional bakery with glass cases full of baked goods, for some reason they keep all the cookies hidden from view except a small display right next to the cash register. This of course slows down the line even more since you can't really see the choices until you actually get up to said cash register. It's also not uncommon for one or more flavors to not even be available, it's happened to me on multiple occasions here. Also if they're running low on a particular flavor, they will save them for online orders, screwing over their in store customers who actually waited in line, which is not cool at all.You'd think every once in a while a cookie would break or something and they'd make it into samples to offer customers waiting in line, but nope, never been offered a sample here ever!They do have a rewards program even though it's not really advertised or promoted, and it's up to you to remember to enter your phone number, the staff will rarely remind you.Oh and the kicker, after enduring the subpar service, high prices, and possibly not even the cookies you actually wanted, they still have the audacity to expect a tip!If I didn't live so close and the cookies weren't so delicious, I would never come here again.
I am very disappointed. I ordered online specifically from this location because it had the cookies I wanted in stock.a When I went to pick up my order they were out of stock of the cookies I had ordered. I was then told that the manager won't show cookies out of stock on the online ordering because it "messes with stats" . I love crumble but will NEVER order from this location. Another customer there at the same time, had driven across town because this location showed all of their cookies in stock and was also told the same thing.
