The self serve concept works well with this type of food. Fast, efficient, and reasonable price. The employees are pleasant and access is easy. Recommend for a quick lunch stop. Much better than drive thru fast food.
I used to come here a lot and I haven’t been going because the employees that work there lack intelligence and are very slow and unprofessional. I decided to stop by today because I really wanted a shrimp and steak burrito from here and again it was horrible the employees were not trained properly there portions are way off and they could care less. Manager or owner you need to check your staff several other patrons felt the same way!
Last time I’ll be getting an order from this location! Just because you’re not there in person and you order online that doesn’t mean the order should be extra small! No chicken when I ordered with chicken! Looked like some left overs was thrown inside of the plate! It was horrible! Very disappointed! Spent 30$ And didn’t even get half of the normal order! Never been shorted this bad!!
Horrible service my friend Jeff came in and he got shorted on his queso, and then I had to listen to him rant all morning about it. You are charging your customers more for less food. I am extremely disappointed in how a food chain that I used to love has gone downhill.
No lettuce in the tacos, a little bit on the side, hot and wilted, and hardly any meat. This was after waiting 15 minutes in store past the pick up time. Time to go try cafe rio.
Quick service, good portions, and amazing food! Came out very fresh for my online order.
I ordered burritos and the ingredients were slung on to the tortilla including the water that the beans, chicken, and beef was cooked in. Good thing there was lots of rice to soak it up. I refused the sauce they wanted to smother it in because it looked a little like slime. Not much flavor and not real clean and not for me ever again.
I’m disappointed :( I love costa vida, but I ordered two chiken burritos, not only they forgot my second order, and I clearly told them no cheese..(lacktose intolerance)when I got home, there’s cheese..I understand sometimes it gets busy but I waited for a long time to order and told them twice..
I usually enjoy Costa Vida, but this location had consistently underperformed. On my last visit, the service was slow while half of the employees seemingly chatted in the back, my food tasted strongly like onions, and the soda machine was out of most drinks. On top of that, the tortillas were not fresh and warm as I am used to here. I will not be returning to this location for a while. If you're in the area, just go to the Chinden location a few miles away.
I got there before the rush, had my pic of tables. Staff was friendly energetic and seem to get along well beside behind the counter. They offered great recommendations and boy were they tasty.
