The picture tells all! Been ordering from chipotle for years and after spending fifty dollars for this and chips, I am done. Burrito bowls were literally half full!
I keep giving this location another try because it is the most convenient to my house but it is consistently disappointing. They are either always out of something or it takes forever. I don't even order ahead because the 2 times I did, it was about 45 minutes past the time estimated on the app. The employees are just a bunch of high school students that stand around and talk. During my visit last night, the girl putting my bowl together would ask me what I want in between her gossip with the other coworkers, I told her, and then she would ask again as if she wasn't listening the first time. The portions are the smallest out of all the Chipotles I have been to. Their version of "extra" is a normal portion anywhere else. Every other location is very generous with portions so I think this one is just skimpy. I got a side of dressing for my salad and I kid you not, it was about 1/6 full in the container. Almost every time I have been the rice has been undercooked, including yesterday's visit. Apparently they don't do grilled peppers anymore? And they were out of chips. It is just a bad experience every time. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house. To management - please get your restaurant together! You're giving Chipotle a bad name. I hate leaving bad reviews and don't want to be a Karen but this location has been open long enough to know the flow of popular items to order enough supplies. Also, please do another customer service training for your employees. It can't just be me if the experience is poor every single visit. I suppose the 600+ reviews speak for itself. Such a shame.
Went in and they were only taking online orders. Will not ever darken their door again.
Holy…. Yikes. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. We waited for literally an hour. Which was stupid of us but at this point it was comical to everyone watching these 10 employees do the least while there was a line out the door. They were only working on online orders and just staring at us. It was insane. I’ve never seen so many employees with zero social awareness. Top crop. Haha. The place was disgustingly messy. I couldn’t even get the drink I wanted because everything was empty. They didn’t have chips? But then one person saw some and said something, so the guy grabs them for them and then tells everyone else they are all gone but we can clearly see them. If this was a restaurant, you lost like 50 patrons in the span of the two hours that we watched with horror. If it was a comedy show, congrats, one of the best! 10/10 would watch again.
This place has the literal slowest service I have ever encountered. There is one girl making food for people, one kid cutting meat, and three other employees standing there doing nothing. I appreciate that the one girl is actually doing work but she’s doing it at a slugs pace. I’m currently in line and it’s been 20 minutes and they've completed one to go order and two in store customers. I want to leave but I’m too committed at this point to leave otherwise I would. It’s crazy watching these people move so slowly. What the actual heck is happening. Form an assembly line and make food. Their drink machines are empty and they have no clean tables to sit at either, the place is trashed and no one is doing anything. Like most people, I’ve been to Chipotle a ton of times and this is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant in order to function properly.
Food is always good but boy is it messy yikes. Need a new manager.
Well the story continues with this location, just when you think things could not get worse - they do. I am not sure who the manager is of this site but they clearly do not have a handle on their products sold and customer service provided - perhaps they are on extended vacation ? Or permanently working from home ? Who knows .. My wife dropped in to pick up a couple of burritos on National Burrito Day, urged by the App from Chipotle to also take advantage of a free side. After ordering the Burritos she was told the free side was a mystery to the employee, no knowledge of it. Go figure .. When she arrived home with the products I was amazed at how the burritos had - shrunk ! Amazing that in a short time period the products had lost nearly 1/3 their original size - austerity ! On her Barbacoa product it was like a scavenger hunt searching for the meat, the old phrase "show me the beef" immediately comes to mind, what a disappointment - just another in an experience loaded with them. On a day when the rest of the nation celebrates National Burrito Day, the Chipotle shop celebrates the how small can you go record on their burritos - great way to drop those unwanted pounds but not at the heightened prices now charged - YIKES !!
Whoever manage this location needs to get train again! Actually the whole staff! They close at 10pm but at 8:30 they already ran out of almost everything! I guess they are too lazy to cook them. They asked us to order online instead, for some reason they don’t accept order in person. The place is so dirty, I got burrito bowl with white rice (it was uncooked!) I can’t eat it at all! The drink area was so dirty, even where they make the food. I was disgusted!
We all know the food is good! But this location always has something going on. First time I came in late 2021 they were only accepting online order and didn’t even have the cafe open to eat. Second time their grill was down so there was limited availability in products. Third time they were out of fajitas veggies. Fourth time everything went according to plan. Fifth time they were only accepting online orders. I don’t know what the deal with this place is but I hope they can get their sh*t together. I only keep coming here because it is the closest to my work. Again, the food is good but everything else seems to be up in the air.
The worst chipotle ive ever had. I don’t say this lightly but it will be a long time before I come back to this location, if ever. Black lettuce that makes you worry about ecoli poisoning. The salsa I paid for was half full as seen in photos. The husband’s burrito was a square shaped because it lacked ingredients. The guacamole was like the lid to the salt shaker fell off but they continued to serve it. Sooo many errors and old ingredients it’s hard to overlook. Seriously worried about getting sick after eating my salad. I tried to pick the lettuce out, but didn’t realize how bad it was until I was half way through.
