Horrible food with poor service.Waiter got drinks wrong. The lemonade was Country Time powder and the kid didn't even bother mixing it up completely.
I absolutely love the pizza and the friendly customer service! The personal pizza is perfect for a child (9 years old), and the two large pizzas were more than plenty for five people! Highly recommend the deep dish but don’t shy from their thin crust. really can’t go wrong with either! Coming from a Chicago native, I must say they even nailed the sauce! Keep up the great work!!
I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place, that was my bad, I will not make that mistake again. When we got home and opened the pizza box (we had ordered a deep dish pizza half cheese and half pepperoni) there was only ONE slice of pepperoni on each slice of pizza. For myself, I ordered the Mac and cheese with Buffalo chicken, this was one of the worst things I have ever attempted to eat. I cannot even describe the amount of grease there was in this “dish”, it was inedible to say the least. The workers were very kind when we picked up the food, service wasn’t the issue, the quality of food was.
We went there today at 11 am like we always do because we love there pizza and salads. (Miss the salad bar but understand). The dinning room was not open until 2pm. Last time that happened the gal told us we could go ahead and sit in there and we took all our dishes back to the counter when we were done. There was not anyone there but rather than let us stay they let us walk out.Businesses are suffering but they let us walk anyway.Linda, Meridian Idaho
This was our first time ordering from Chicago connection. I really wanted to love it.... Delivery was fast but the pizza was already almost cold when it got here and it seemed a little over cooked.
I tried to give it another chance after a few years break.I remember getting such delicious pizza from Chicago Connection. I had to give it up a few years ago because I noticed the quality was just not the same. Sadly, it still isn’t good.2 hours for delivery of cold pizza. I thought there were warmers in the truck? The Mac and cheese was just dumped into a brown box. Not appetizing at all! I’m disappointed. The valleys most expensive pizza and it’s not worth a dime!
The one time I was able to get a pizza it was really very good. Now when I call or try to order it's always busy, online tells me that it's never available or I physically go there and I am told they are out of dough. 4th or 5th time this has happened. They are right around the corner...maybe next time
Ordered pizza last night, normally this place isn't too bad but got overcooked pizza this time. Tried calling over 50 times last night because I wanted this rectified. Phone is busy every single timeTried calling again tonight and same problem. Phones really need to be fixed
The best gluten free pizza I have ever had!!!! The staff was super nice and friendly. The service isn't super fast so don't go if you're in a hurry. I'll definitely be back with my family.
Chicago connection is not what it used to be that's for sure a frozen pizza would have been better and had more taste the crust is not the same and I ordered the Quatro cheese with pepperoni what a disappointment Chicago connection was always my go to pizza not anymore hardly any sauce on the pizza hardly any cheese and the ends of the crust was hard as a rock not the same crust they use to use that's for sure tasteless it used to be the best pizza in Idaho not any more ?
