Absolutely horrible service and not much better food. Our team party was being hosted there so the manager asked for our families to call the day before with our orders to get them in. No big deal at all to do that. Except, that the line was busy, all day Saturday and well after closing time and into Sunday. I finally got ahold of someone mid afternoon on Sunday, the day of the party, and the man on the phone acted like he didn't even know how to take an order or want to. He sighed and was rude and finally handed me off to the manager and she took the order.One of the other moms had the same experience with the busy signal so Sunday morning they were in the neighborhood so they stopped in. The front door was unlocked so she stepped in. The man comes from the back and yells at her, demanding to know how she got in. Not how can I help you or hello, nothing. She pointed to the door and he says oh. She told him she'd been trying to call since yesterday and he told her they were busy. She asked, half joking, if they take the phone off the hook and he smugly said yes!The service while we were there was terrible. Food was brought and just sat on a table with no name even mentioned that it belonged to. He had such a bad attitude about everything, sighed about everything and rolled his eyes, the food was so bad. I don't recommend and I wouldn't go back even if someone else is paying.
Chicago Connection has gone downhill. They used to be great, but are now just mediocre. They did away with lunch specials, kid meals, and salad bar. Our waiter wasn't very friendly and annoyed when I asked about the kids meals. The pizza, breadsticks, and ranch are still delicious, but they are a bit expensive. The pizzas are a deep dish pan with lots of cheese, just not many toppings.
i wish the owners of this restuarant took there reviews seriously.i had a driver actually get out of his truck and threaten and intimidate me because he was driving crazy and i was going to report him.i have a dash cam that shows the whole thing.nobody asked for my name or number to contact about situation.if this company is putting drivers delivery time before saftey and even ignoring employees using intimidation.i guess i will publish dash cam on line and if it goes viral.i have video and audio of it all
Always enjoy Chicago connection pizza. Disappointed they no longer have their salad bar.
Have teenagers working for you and if they don't wanna work they just don't answer the phone. When Chicago connection goes out of business this will be a reason why! If you are too busy to answer or to short staffed still answer it and put them on hold briefly. I've called for twenty minutes and no answer just rings and rings. Usta order pizza weekly and now this will be my last attempt to waste my time listening to the phone ring.
Enjoyed my pizza. Plenty of everything and it was delivered quickly.

Change your hours if close at 8. Instead of picking up the phone at 8:15 and saying you closed at 8
I literally just had the most disgusting sandwich ever delivered to me. It was hard and cold. Barely any chicken and bacon on it, the ranch looked watered down. I threw it away and what little I had made me sick. The lettuce on it was brown and red, meaning of old lettuce.
Edit:: they reached out and apologized for the experience we had. I hope they find more people to provide a faster n better experience. Servers come apply!We dined in Found plastic and hair in our pizza. Told the waitress and still expected us to pay. Definitely not made well. Our stomachs have been turning all night long. Also no one was of age to serve beer.
