I have to call it quits on BWW finally- at least for take out. 2 doordashes and one in person pick up and all 3 times something is missing. At least 2 items. Today it was 3….AND I added a picture of the amount of sauce they gave.Sometimes missing sauce, sometimes missing sides. Always annoying.
I arrived on Monday, May 2, 2022 with a party of seven and was told they couldn't take us because they only had one person serving - even though the dining area was nearly empty.Great job folks, I took my family to family to Hook and Grill and had a ball. By the way, I spent close to $400 that day.
Order was correct. Wings were dry. Tater tots minimal. Just can't believe how much this place has tanked over the last decade. Used to be hopping and solid for a good meal. I'm done holding out hopes.
My last visit was so disappointing. Though our server was wonderful, the food quality had taken a turn for the worse except for the garden salad. Here is the breakdown:Garden salad: good!Fries: Awful. Over cooked, barely warm and extremely dry and chewy.Boneless chicken wings with medium heat wing sauce: not tossed in sause but drenched in the sauce and the boneless wing was barely warm.So sad to experience this lack luster meal.
I will most likely never return to this restaurant again.. I understand that they were probably understaffed however I didn’t have a good experience there . It’s not an excuse to ignore your customer and give bad service. I ordered some wings for takeout and couple other items the front guy was nice. Said it would be a 20 minute wait or so, then I went to the bar to see about getting something to drink while I wait. Well I stood there for about 10 minutes and the couple of servers that I saw were chatting by the computers and going back and forth but never once said to me that they’d be there to help me not even a greeting nothing just ignored me. I was looking around and there was hardly any customers there and the place was just a mess. Any way after waiting I walked back up to the front and waited for my food. I said something about nobody acknowledging me at the bar to the man that brought my order but he didn’t seem to care. So here I am giving your restaurant a not so good review. And to top it off my wings were dry and cold and could only handle eating a few as they were not very tasty. Such a sad waste of my time and $23 …. Definitely would not recommend
We went into this location at about 1pm today. There was nobody there to seat us and the servers and people at the takeout counter seemed to go out of their way to pretend we (a group of 4) weren’t there. It wasn’t particularly busy either. I understand staffing issues but someone could have at least acknowledged us. I took my hard earned money elsewhere.
I will give you credit for at least getting my order right. But as for the manager that was asked if I could have my order moved to another store and was told no but didn't do anything to go make it up for the half an hour drive I had to do to go get my food; All I got to say is you got to do a better job because that is very poor customer service. The fact that I had to go a half an hour out of my way because it was better to get my order than to cancel it and then the funds being held for a week on my card before they returned backk. Which kind of ruins the whole point of ordering food. Nice job manager, I'll remember that the next time I accidentally screw up and ask politely if something can be done.
Tosh at the Bar was amazing.. best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to.. food was good quality.. drinks were cold..
This has always been such a great place with amazing food. The past few times I have ordered here have been extremely disappointing. Who is checking the take out orders? I ordered extra ranch, got none, the fries were over cooked and not seasoned at all. No celery as ordered. The wings had nearly no sauce on them and for some reason I got onion rings and cheese curds. Nothing about my order was right. If this was all while dining in I would be upset because it could be fixed quickly. When I drive and fight traffic, get home, sit down and get ready only to find every bit of my order is wrong.... who wants to get back in the car, fight traffic again to wait another hour to have it fixed. Nah, I'm done.
The food is usually really good, and hands down my favorite wings in the area...however it took 45 mins to order, and about an hour and 20 to get our food. By the time we got our wings, my wings were cold and over cooked. From what I could tell, they only had two people working the floor on a Sunday, during play-offs. The restaurant was about half full, and they had the bar closed (due to staffing). When our food was (finally) delivered, the server apologized and said he would discount our food. However, when we got the check, it was NOT discounted. By the time everything was said and done, we were there for over 3 and a half hours. Until they get staffed appropriately, I would pass. The price of the wings compared to the quality of food and service just IS NOT worth it.Any other time I have been there, I would rate them a 5 out of 5 stars. NOT the place to go for a while. The two stars is based on previous visits and being generous based on that.
