Sandwich Shop Burgers Cheesesteaks
(208) 288-4385

Walked in on a Saturday at 6pm. A half hour later we left as everyone around us had been served and we still didn’t have our sandwiches. When my husband tried to ask about them the response was we have no idea. Nothing to try to correct it. All the kids were trying hard you could tell however it looked like none were over 17 and the fact that said they were unable to serve beer seemed to make that for better. Nobody seemed in charge or looked like they were confident in what was happening. Again the kids were all trying and were nice. Shame in the management or owners.

Ignore the bad reviews. I live down the street, try and stay healthy and come here way more than I should. Maybe two three times a month. It’s so good. Fries are crinkle cut. Fry sauce, could be crack. Unsure. Burgers fresh and amazing. The chicken bacon cheesesteak I have dreams about. Whatever you do, ignore the bad reviews. The kids who work are young but are super pleasant. I love bruchis.

Tried this place for the first time and the hamburger was completely raw in the middle. This is completely unacceptable. Then to top if off I start eating the fries and they are no joke still frozen. Whomever worked today needs fired. 0/5 stars. I had such high hopes...dont waist your time here.

I got my Philly steak in a bowl. It had Broccoli, Zucchini, mushrooms, and grilled onions. It was phenomenal! I highly recommend it.

The Bruchi Burger & French Dip Sandwich were wonderful! Unfortunately the French fries were way over cooked.

Kickass sandwiches, friendly staff, everything was hot & fresh. Go have lunch!

Had the classic and it came out pretty quick, it was delicious

Best fresh salad with dinner by far!! Great service, clean atmosphere to eat, and ohhhhh the bread. Please don't change a thing. Yummm

In Boise, you’ve essentially got two choices to get a quick cheesesteak. Here or Jersey Mike’s. Bruchi’s makes a decent one, but ultimately it falls short of Mike’s. For whatever reason, they don’t seem to grill the jalapeños or green peppers and just drop them in raw - so instead of blending in with the other ingredients, they really stand out and almost overwhelm the flavor of the sandwich (especially the peppers). For the price, you’re getting significantly less steak than you do at Mike’s, and often times they seem to not put on enough cheese, so I suggest asking for extra. I didn’t have any issues with them being under seasoned or flavorless as some other reviewers have mentioned. That being said - I don’t mean to suggest it’s a bad sandwich. If you’re not nearly as critical of cheesesteaks as I am, you’ll probably like it just fine.

First time there. Would definitely recommend this place. Nice friendly service. Great tasting fries, sandwich had plenty of meat served on a delicious roll.
