If zero stars counted, that is what I would give Big Al’s. Severely overpriced for what you get. The burgers had too much bun for the burger. The Near Death Burger has nothing in it to balance out the heat. One of the kid meals we order was the burger with applesauce, and it was less food than a happy meal and double the price.Service is incredibly slow because they only had two servers working together. While having 5-6 food runners. For all drink refills we had to flag down a server, and that took forever. The games are also overpriced. Big Al’s charges over triple the cost of their prizes. We spent $200 between food and games. At Wahooz or Dave and Buster’s we would have walked out with at least medium prizes. Here we got dollar store candy and stamps with almost 1200 tickets. We have absolutely no desire to return, and would not recommend this overpriced atrocity for a family fun night.

Awesome and transparent trading platform. Traded with them for over 3 years, never had problems. They offer good spreads, convenient and fast platforms, smooth transactions. With the help of Mr. Jamal Abdulrahman I've been making mouthwatering profits from my investment weekly. I am sincerely grateful I found this amazing and efficient trading platform. I get good profit weekly with a smooth withdrawal procedures. I can boast fully reccomend MR JAMAL ABDULRAHMAN to those who may be interested in stocks investments. I love bowling here and playing the arcade games. The bowling was smooth and when the have the lights on it makes it more entertaining, and the arcade games were fun to play. The only complaint I have is some of the games need to be serviced and I wish they could take care of that ASAP so the gaming experience is back on top. The kung fun panda games button doesn’t register hits on the lower left. The air hockey loses its pucks constantly. Crossy road shut off on me mid play. Still had fun though won tons of tickets and won some big prizes and even gave one away to a random kid

Love the idea of Big Al’s, but they are pretty far behind in maintaining the property. When you are bowling, televisions and projectors are burned out. I have had no less than $20 stolen from me in their machines because their card system malfunctions. I want to love this place because my kids love this place, it not enough is dedicated to capex.

It is ridiculously expensive. I could not belief what my son paid for my grandsons birthday party for 2 hours there. Everything is so over priced there!!!

Had a good time coming here! We were confused because pur hoestess said we had to order on the app but then we ended up having a server come up and place our orders. Our server was excellent though. The food and beer were good too.

What an unpleasant experience, where to even start? How about as soon as we walk in the door, I have to greet the teenager working the front, because she doesn't know how to properly greet her guests. They all have an attitude like they absolutely abhor working at Big Al's. We came to bring the kids for bowling and video games, but one out of three arcade machines seem to be out of service. We tried to start with bowling but were told upon our 9pm arrival that it would be a 3 hour wait (bringing us to closing time before we could get on a lane). I spotted 9 empty bowling lanes (yes, I counted, because I've experienced this from the Big Al's bowling counter before). It seems like they tell you all the lanes are going to be full so that all lanes are cleared out an hour before close; feels like the employees expect to be heading out the door ten minutes before closing time, and this was on a Friday night. We decided to get some drinks at the bar while we waited, completely over priced, $10 a beer.An hour and a half later they finally call us to bowl, there were only four or five other lanes being used by the time we started to bowl our one game. Overpriced.Come 11.30pm, the kid go upstairs to trade in their tickets. We finish our beers and I bring the glasses downstairs to the bar. This is what finally pushed me over the edge, the service (or lack there of) from the bartender with all the metal in her face, completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and her one female counterpart was not much better, all attitude. The gentlemen behind the bar was the only one displaying professionalism.I will never bring the kids back here. Spend your money elsewhere!

I visited big Al's this evening to celebrate a birthday with some bowling amongst friends. The place was busy and the wait time for two lanes was 2 hrs which ended up taking longer due to an error in taking down my phone number to be notified upon lane availability.I don't quite understand the reasoning behind big Al's not accepting reservations. While waiting on lanes I took an opportunity to sit down at a table in the restaurant and order some food and drinks. To my surprise I was informed to order food and drinks I would need to scan the QR code on the table or order up at the bar top. neither of which were ideal or a smooth process. The food and drinks were good but the process took longer than expected.Overall big Al's seems as though it hasn't skipped a beat compared to pre-covid, in packing patrons in. Wait times on just about everything have taken a hit and are painfully slow.I believe Big Al's management will fine tune the whole process as they continue to work through post covid adaptations.

Big Als is a lot of fun, but on the spendy side if you are on a budget. Wait time for bowling on the weekends could be up to three hours.

Big als is a lot of fun! They have some really fun bowling (two different areas you can choose from too) the employees were all friendly. They also have a lot of arcade type games for kids to play as well. I really like the way arcade games are now. Instead of carrying around a pocket full of change you have a card loaded with money on it. You just go to the arcade games you wish to play and slide your card and it starts. They had dance dance revolution, jetpack joyride, guitar hero, basketball, skee ball, connect four, and many more! Big als has a lot of food options like burgers, wings, fries, pizza, etc. The also have a full bar upstairs for us adults and in that room there is darts, pool, a corn-hole type game, and I believe movies. All in all I had a great experience here and will likely be back for more fun!
