Went to drive thru and ordered food wanted to use my full punch card towards the purchase was told I could not cause the girl at window had already cashed my order out and told me I will need to use it next time, the problem is this happened three times before.they cash your order out before you pay for it.called to talk to manager at Lewiston store and he argued and said I was rude and inconsiderate and proceeded to argue with us. What is the point of a loyalty card if they won't honor it. Poor and rude behavior coming from a manager.
We have tried 3 times because I have always liked zips in Spokane WA. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed at this specific zips. The first trip we ordered 2 5 piece fish n chips and a cheeseburger with a bucket of tots. We did not get either fish basket. I called and we were told we would be given a fish meal if we came back. I was unable to do that due to unforseen car troubles on my way home. The man on the phone said he was writing me down in the book and they would give me the fish meals next time I came down. So trip 2 to get the fish baskets we didn't last time. Not only was it not written in the book, we originally ordered a 5 piece and they asked but we received 3 piece meals. I had already paid for the 5 piece meals but never did get what I paid for. Trip 3 I ordered a bag of burgers and tots. Now this is 5 burgers or 4 papa joes we got the papas and 1 reg cheeseburger separate from the bag. We were charged way more than usual. We have had tots over fries many time at other zips but at this zips it was not allowed. The girl at the window did not say it wasn't allowed or say it was an upcharge or anything. When we questioned the high price we were told that everything was rang up individually since we ordered tots instead if fries. The bill was a lot more than expected. Then we had asked for tartar and fry sauce and there were no sauce or napkins at all. I am highly disappointed and wont be back
Love the people here. All staff are warm and friendly. Lives true to its name, the fastest food you can get in the valley. I am a vegetarian, so I appreciate having the Garden Burger option, however, I do wish they had the Impossible or Beyond burger patties. Fries are my favorite of all you can get around here, crispy crunchy crinkle fries. And THE BEST fry sauce I've had.

Good food! Took a while to get to me, but the food was awesome! Unfortunately the crew was a bit slow, but the restraint itself was awesome. Because I was in a hurry I wasn't able to check too much and was rushed, but staff was courteous and attentive, restaurant area was neat and well organized, and the food was what I paid for. A pleasant experience.
Fried mushrooms! And old school burgers, not about the corporate fast food wars. But about the classics and at a decent price!
Went for a milkshake, good thing I didn't want anything else. Way too expensive. Well over $6 for a medium shake.

Worst cold hamburgers I ever ate,cold plain cheese burgers and onion rings were the worse soaked in to much grease and there was no onion in the rings besides all that the cokes tasted nasty and Ole tast
Waspretty quick and had pretty good customer service but I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the chicken patty was dry and kinda hard so I went back and had them remake it and the second sandwich wasn't as bad but it was still kinda hard and rubbery so my guess is they were old patties or they were overcooked don't think I'll get that sandwich again gonna give them 1 more try eventually and see if it's any better
