Disappointed for the first time. Biscuits were... different. Dry like they skipped the garlic butter brush on top. Hubby and I ordered the same thing (Seafarer's Feast). The food, including the appetizer, arrived warm, not hot. Fine for hubby but not for me. My lobster was REALLY salty but his was not. I should have sent it back but I'm reluctant to send ANY food back. Just not the belated birthday dinner that I was looking forward to...

It all started with door dash. We ordered two meals,two salads and an appetizer. Door dash was to deliver at 5:13 pm. Well the delivery never happened. That's how it started. So I contacted door dash as well as the restaurant. Talked with a fellow named Brent or Brett. Real nice guy. Door dash refunded my 97.00 to the restaurant. So this guy felt bad for me, and remade our order. Said they would deliver to me by their own staff or himself. We received our food an hour and 10 minutes after I talked to him. I am thankful for that, however, when we received our food, it was incomplete. We were to have the coconut shrimp appetizer, two dinner salads. Didn't receive these items. Also no butter to dip our lobster and shrimp in. My girlfriend threw one of her lobster tails away. It was over cooked and like rubber. Thanks Brent or Brett, but the great customer service you extended fell short. We feel we were ripped off. It seems no one cares any longer about getting things right in this country. So sad. Red Lobster has been one of my favorite restaurants until recently. I have been there 2 times in the past two months. I have never sent food back for anything before. In January I had to send my food back. My husband and I ordered the same meal. His broccoli came back steamed as it should. Mine was raw. Not half steamed...it was right out of the bag raw. I chalked it up as a simple mistake. The next time we went in we ordered steak cooked medium. Mine came back medium rare...closer rare. My husband traded with me but his was also medium rare but closer to the medium side. It will be a long time before we go back. Last September were on a waiting list and we were never called. After 1 hour and watching everyone else get seated, we left.

Love Red Lobster even though I have a shellfish allergy. I get the salmon and steak while my family indulges in shrimp, lobster, prawns and more. My daughter really loves the lobster pasta, while my son likes crab legs. I find the wood grilled salmon cooked to perfection and you cant beat the complimentary cheesy buicuits. Price is naturally a bit higher than other places but its worth it for the seafood. Love it.

Even short staff with covid issues this place hits a home run. Great food great staff. Best steak in town always cooked perfect. Place has great Covid protocols and the place is clean.This location sets the standard for a Red Lobster

The service was amazing and the food was really good. The wait times aren't bad and even though the menu seems smaller they still.have a great variety of food.

Was looking for a good portion of cod.Food was so so. Service was great ,real bubbly gal.

I really enjoy Red Lobster but this one was really bad and it is not because of the food quality. It took 15 minutes for the server to get my order in after I was sat down. Then it took another 10 minutes for me to get my beverage (non alcoholic). I also got the biscuits when my meal arrived. Usually one gets these biscuits when drinks are served. I think the server was likely really stressed because I saw her and others all running around. I think she honestly forgot I was there since I was in a small party. I think they need more waiters/waitress/bus boys. I saw the hostess cleaning tables when she should of been at the front waiting for customers to come in/taking phone calls/getting to go orders. The server was taking care of the whole floor because I saw her tending to tables on the opposite side of the building. Definitely needs staffed better and I cannot blame the workers as this needs to be fixed by management. Only complaint about the food I could say is that I never got garlic butter with my lobster tail…was a little bland without this.

Food was very good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I took my 2 yr old daughter with me and they catered to her just like they did me. Will definitely be going back.
