I love pizza hut. They were always my first choice. But we can't ever get ahold of them to order for delivery. When we call we get some kind of call center. And they don't know anything about pizza hut here they must be located somewhere else. When they can't answer they just hang upon you.
Disappointed. Got the big box meal an literally only 2 small pieces of sausage per slice of pizza. Should have just eaten a loaf of bread and some marinara sauce.
you make your employees wear masks, but when I walked in to pick up my food none of your employees were wearing gloves. yes they were making pizzas without gloves.
We went into Pizza Hut in Lewiston on Saturday around 4 p.m. We ordered pizza to go and waited for it so we could take it home. There wasn’t a single person inside dining and there must’ve been 10 workers. While waiting I started looking around a bit. I was appalled to see how dirty the place was. The floor was so covered in filth I felt dirty by the time we got our pizza to take home. The pizza was ok but all I could think about while eating it was the filth I had to wait in. I don’t know if I can go back
By making right a mistske your app made. I ordered a stuff crust pizza. I ordered a med which the store said wasnt even on the menu. Told me it wasnt their problem so they wouldnt fo anything about it. Asked for his boss. He took my number and told me she wouldnt do anything either. Customer service is lost on this store in lewiston Id
Our food was cooked to perfection and delivered quickly. Will definitely reorder soon.
This Pizza Hut is not like the Pizza Huts in the past. Their sauce they use on their pizza is very bland. They don't give very many diced tomatoes or even enough sausage to cover the pizza.
I had 10 people coming for dinner. I ordered the triple treat box. It looked amazing on TV.. well that's an understatement. The pizzas were medium..that was ok. It came with ten bite size, yes I said bite size cinnamon rolls. And half the normal size bread sticks. I am very disappointed. It was not cheap. Over $40 with the tip. And not enough food so I had to order another pizza..not a good idea if you have a large amount of people.
