I wouldn't have given them even one star if it would let me submit with zero.Lewiston Panda Express is a joke. My son went there today and ordered a 3 entrée meal, got back to work and realized that not only had they forgotten his 3rd entrée, but what he did get wasn't even his order.When he called them to let them know she told him okay she would be right out and hung up on him.If she wouldn't have hung up he may have been able to tell her that he wasn't there, he was at work.When he called back another girl answered the phone and proceeded to laugh about it, like it was funny.He goes back to Panda to get his order corrected and they make him wait for 20 minutes while they run around serving other customers.It is ridiculous to have to go back to get the food you paid for, but to have to wait 20 more minutes also? He wasted his entire lunch break and then some just to be treated rudely and unprofessionally.Used to be a good place before the long time manager retired, but now they are on their second or third manager since and they have both been incompetent.Oh & fun fact, the manager is the one that messed up his order and the one that hung up on him.
I was taking an evening bike ride, I decided it was nice out, might as well stop for a quick bite. For as busy as it was, I got served quick. Pleasant evening view, the weather was perfect for dining El dente, I think that's the right term. Very convenient stop.
For my son's birthday, he said he wanted Panda express. Luckily, they just built this one in lagrande. About 100 miles from our home. We made a day out of it. We had a great server. Very good portions.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I've gone here enough times for them to know my order by now, I should be able to pull up to the drive through, say my name and they know what I want. That's how much I go here. Other than that the food is very delicious.
I personally like their food, my wife is not so crazy about it. However, their service is robotic and scripted. Also, if you're dining in, beware of the chairs there. Steel legs scraping loudly across the ceramic tile floor makes nails on a chalkboard seem pleasant.
We visited Friday afternoon about 130pm and only a handful of customers.The food was great and fresh but the customer service lacked on details such as our eating utensils, napkins and fortune cookie..We will still return for the great food.
The food is good but the soda was very bland. This has happened multiple times. The soda always has very low flavor and carbonation, I don’t recommend getting a soda from Panda Express
Good experience here. I'm not always sure of the food quality Im going to get at Panda Express. I recantly went to the Lewiston Idaho location and the food quality an service was really good. I recommend this location.
Ordered an order for door dash and the order was for 2 teriyaki chicken and chow mein noodles.. No teriyaki sauce was with order. Also no soy sauce for noodles. Very disappointed again. It took me 3 years to order take out from them after a drive thru order was screwed up.
Food was ok, good service and fast.
