Went to have a relaxing lunch with my wife at around 1230 on july 1st. Restaurant was chosen because deep fried pickles were listed on the online menu. Come to find out that is not the current menu. We ordered our lunch, appetizers and drinks. Our appettizer,loaded tots, came out and then thirty seconds later our lunch was served before we had a chance to enjoy our drinks and the appetizer, my jamaican chicken wrap would have been better if they had taken a little more time before serving the main course after the appetizer and remembered to put the jerk sauce on my chicken. Before we had a chance to make it very far through our appetizer and lunch order the waitress brought our bill sat it on the table and said no rush as she walked away. My wife was very upset and felt we were being rushed out without the opportunity to order desert.. food was mediocre and underseasoned and the service was horrendous.
It's good as long as your not going for the veterans meal, steak was nearly over cooked, yet really pink in the middle, griddle to hot. Which made it really tough.That was a couple years ago.Took my son and daughter for brunch.One of my biggest pet peeves, ordering before two other tables, and getting mine last. The waitress never offered an apology and decided to become combative instead.My taco omelet, had about two cans of olives for filler. Hash browns were a day old mixed with some fresh, look closely at the picture!Will never go again.
I dont usually give 1 star reviews but this one is necessary. We have been to this place before and enjoyed it. However this visit was a complete disappointment. We were there for over half an hour waiting for our food which consisted of two side salads, cup of soup, and bowl of Chilli. Not unreasonable because we could see they were busy but thinning out. However when we noticed two different tables who came in and ordered after us recieving their meals we questioned the waitress about our order. She said they were busy, she was helping train, etc. When we mentioned that two other tables she was serving received their food already, her tone changed and sounded very snarky and said she waited to bring salads with soups( which she never gave us the option of) and she couldn't get the Chilli because "it was in the kitchen and I just can't go back there". It was the attitude and snarkiness that was a total turn off. My question if the Chilli is in the kitchen and she can't get it, where did the grilled cheese, tater tots, omlette, sandwich, chefs salad, French fries, and other dishes served to the other tables come from? We waited at least another 7-8 minutes before served, and the Chilli was not hot. I would rather be told the truth, I can understand( my mother, wife, and daughter have all been waitressses, I get it) the ticket got lost, missed it, someone dropped the ball, not made up excuses delivered with rude tones. Not sure if we will return after this experience.
Just had the best ever Monte Cristo sandwich at the Main Street Grill in Lewiston ID. It was a very tasty and delicious hot ham and cheese sandwich that had been dipped in an egg type batter, then deep fried to a crispy golden brown. Absolutely delicious!!! Can't wait to go back and order it again!! Yummmm!!
Great atmosphere. Kind and quick servers. Excellent food. Had a hard time choosing. Definitely menu items we will be back to try that we didn't have this time.We didn't have burgers like we usually do this time either. That said; if you want a burger, this is a great place to get one. They also offer bison burgers; and they are incredible.Dinner menu is great as well, and they have some amazing sandwiches too.Overall, great restaurant. Always a good experience. Don't sleep on this one.
The menu has something for everyone and we have only had great experiences here. We had lunch there this weekend and the food and service were both stellar, which was amazing based on the number of customers vs. servers/cooks. I definitely recommend Main Street Grill!
Watior was very fun and energetic. Food was on a 5 star scale, a 4. Very delicious I had the famous Bison burger and it was good. There shakes were good, however my wife ordered this shake that taste like eggnog. I'm not the biggest fan of eggnog. Overall experience 4/5
Great food, great service, thebroom we reserved was all done and personalized menus were made for us. We will come there to eat again for sure. Tha k you forneverything you guys did. We were very happy.
