The dining room here has been closed for over 2 years...at least every time I go. This time because they are short staffed. Who wants to order a messy sandwich and eat it in your hot car. I like Jimmy Johns and I keep thinking it will get better but between order problems, stuff out of stock and not able to eat inside I think I am done. To their credit the staff is friendly and tries to soften the dissatisfaction
The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. They made 5 other sandwiches for people after us before we got ours. They gave our order to someone at the window while we sat and waited for 30 minutes. Had to go up and ask for them to make us our food. Just to wait another 10 minutes. Didn’t offer a free drink or chips or anything barely said sorry. Don’t go here

One of the very best subs I have ever gotten but it was a little slow but that's expected when there is only 2 employees working... anyway I really suggest #13 for any new customers p.s. I think they should open a new store in orofino I think it would be really good for bissness from the highschoolers and fishermen that need a quick made cheep sandwich to go.
Ok Jimmy John’s should be able to take away the franchise rights at this location for false advertising….freakishly fast is more like PAINFULLY slow. Waited 53 minutes in the drive through to get 4 sandwiches. I’m from out of town but the Jimmy John’s in my home town is actually freakishly fast. Most likely if you’re reading this your sitting in the drive through still waiting wondering if this location is always like this….let me save you the time pull away now cause I read them all during my 53 minute wait and it is!
This is the absolute WORST Jimmy John's ever. We have been waiting in the drive thru line for 45+ minutes. Had plenty of time during our wait to read other reviews saying the same thing. Wish I would have read those prior to coming to this place. Would have steered clear for sure. I am expecting our order to be completely wrong whenever they decide to give it to us.
I was not impressed, the guy taking our order had a dirty shirt on. I could not understand him and he was rushing me to order. My first time there and I will never be back. My order was wrong and so was my friend.
As always, everything I have ever gotten, primarily sub sandwiches have been ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. They're loaded with VERY fresh ingredients. Although the price is more than I would Ike to pay, I will not buy from anyone else. My husband (80 yrs)and I (77 yrs) have been buying from the Lewiston ID store since they first opened. It would be nice to have Seniors discount, but we do have the REWARDS program. We go once a month.. an hour drive from our home. Very efficient and friendly staff.
I have lots of food allergies and order my food very specific so I can actually eat it. It’s completely messed up almost every time and as someone who can only eat out at a few places and then to have their order messed up every.single.time It’s really annoying. Plus, It’s a sandwich it’s not that hard. When a customer orders their food a certain way please pay attention food allergies aren’t fun for us either.
Not sure how a sandwich shop runs out of bread but the sliced wheat substitute was much smaller for the same price.
