Strawberry shake is way too sweet for your health. The spoon is nice though. Sonic does not offer a spoon. Service attitude is bizarre. I saw a sign saying “we are hiring”. I was curious about the labor supply situation (I am investor). So I asked if she was hiring. She seemed to be surprised by my question and answered with some impatience, “We are always hiring.” Then I asked, “Are you having a labor shortage?” She went into a long uncomfortable silence. Then I rephrased, “I mean are you short of employees?” She went into a long uncomfortable silence again as if I was asking for her number. Then she reluctantly said “yes”.What the heck? It’s just nosy curious small talk, about your store’s OWN situation. I understand it is 10:50 PM, and you may be tired. But I don’t feel she is ok with her job at all. May be her best interest to work another job.
When computers are doing daily update. The employees inside could use better customer service skills for those waiting in drive thru to order. There are better ways to speak about such issues other than we just can't take your order. Did the grill or the fryers stop working. Write the order down then those who prepare it can get started while the computer comes back online. I found that very rude to just turn me away
Food was good and fresh as expected, but the drive up was slow even though there was only one car ahead of us and they got the order wrong. A little more training will fix this.
Hadn't had jack in the box in a while. Never disappoints! Unlike those other fast food places
very horrible customer service. By far the worst I have experienced in my life. Not only were the staff very rude, our food looked like it sat out for 2 days. They did not give me back my change. Tried getting it back and they told me I was sol. It was 20$ the supervisor kept.
Dinner was wonderful. The bartender couldn't make a cosmo, like, at all. And the fireplace is broken and apparently never going to be replaced. But that's all that I could say was negative. Our server was wonderful, the lamb was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The flat iron and shrimp was so good. We had a Flatbread appetizer with smoked salmon. Definitely get that!!!!
The food and counter service was good. The table cleanliness was as usual, many tables had not been wiped and had stuff on them and the chairs. At least there are an overabundance to choose from.
They are regularly out of products, fries haven't been fresh for some time. If you go early am they either can't take cash or orders period.
Sadly our service was due to short staffing of which can't be helped. And the they were out of basic meal additions like French fries onion rings or curly fries, although they gave options to replace them. So I give 2 stars.
They are fast food. You order food and you will get it fast.
