Got 2 domino's where I live, the first one took almost an hour to just get the pizza in the oven, and another 40 minutes before I could pick it up! The second one was faster, they sent me a text that my pizza was going into the oven and they would see me in 8 to 10 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to drive there and when I got there, they just put it in the oven ?
We just wait an hour to get one medium pizza!!! The sad thing is when we asked if there was anything that they could do maybe bread sticks or something the manager snapped at me and told me his oven broke. Fair enough but he could have atleast been nice about it.
No hello when i walked in, pizza was WAY undercooked. After i started talking to the staff they were friendly but the pizza was to the point that i had to pop it in my oven to feel comfortable eating it
Been waiting over an hour for a pizza that in the tracker has said it’s ready for the last hour. Ordered around 11:30 and it’s now almost 1 am! When I called they said you’ll get it when it gets there.
If I could give a rating of zero I would. My whole family got violently sick the next day from eating their Pizza. 5/15/2022
Ordered at 440 never received my pizza yet says it was delivered when I called to figure out what happened they couldn’t explain what happened and was unable to “talk to the driver … they then offer to send a remake out after waiting an hour … at 6:30(2hours after original) I received the remake and it’s burnt I called and demanded a refund and told them you can take this pizza my kids are not gonna eat it burnt they then proceeded to tell me that they cannot issue a refund but a credit for next time like wow!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever saw, never been treated with more disrespect than by the “store manager Isaiah”. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me to take the phone off speaker when it never was, we just had trouble hearing one another, when I told him the way he was speaking to me was disrespectful he hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend them to anyone and will be seeking reprimand for his disrespect.
I’ve never had a good experience with Domino’s on Main Street. I’ve either not gotten my order, hung up on, or order is all messed up. I get they are short staffed but not an excuse for terrible service. I tried calling the owner but I never heard back from him.
The staff helping us were extremely busy. They were very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. I appreciate their customer service. Thank you!
The employees were friendly and they were very proficient. I didn't have to wait very long for my order.
