Great service. Chicken Friedman gravy never disappoints. The spinach and bacon omelet is fluffy and delicious. They offer different sides if you are GF or Keto. Pancakes and French toast are wonderful. Our favorite breakfast spot. Busy, small but worth home cooking.
This place gets zero stars from me! The waitresses behavior was just appalling. We heard this place had good food and I drove 2 hours to meet a friend and her elderly father for lunch and a visit. It started out that she just refused to accomadate any of our orders or even answer our questions about food choices even when we offered to pay extra and she was quite clipped and rude ! We actually thought this was part of the draw and a joke at first it was so extreme. After our meal was over we visited and had coffee ( there were several open tables) she approached us and told us “ this is not a public library so move along!” I have never felt so shocked and upset in my life. The people next to us were left with their mouths hanging open and witnessed the whole thing and even voiced they couldn’t beleive it. We walked out of there, a nice visit ruined and a bad taste in our mouths. Are you serious!! Who has a person like this even coming in contact with people? . It’s just messed up. I highly doubt we are the only ones this type of stuff has happened too! We should get a public apology be refunded for this. Not smart business at all. Sad because I wanted to support this place. We were not high maintenance people and were not unkind in anyway.
Lovely hole-in-the-wall diner. The deep fryer was out of service when I visited, so there goes a star. But I would love to go back some day.
I probably shouldn't get it five stars because there's no such thing as perfection, but they were pretty darn close. There was standing room only and handled it with Grace, the food was rich and delicious. I guess that's the only drawback, if you're on a diet this place would suck

My son brought me here for breakfast. The waitresses are awesome, food delicious and plenty of food. My son had the crabcakes egg Benedict he said best ever. Yup we'll definitely be back
Always loved this place, the staff is still attentive and friendly, the menu updated, best bet is to order without special instructions, country fried steak gravy on the side became smothered in gravy and a side of gravy, large portions, cute decor, small, limited seating and parking, wait staff handoff hood, overall a pleasant experience.
Waitress was extremely rude from the beginning. Not willing to accommodate/substitute anything, even though we offered to pay extra. Then after we were done eating and wanting to visit my friend who drove 1.5 hours to meet. The same waitress told us this is not the library, and she'd served 3 other tables in the meantime! There were 2 tables open, with Noone waiting, and we had just spent over 50 dollars for breakfast! Ridiculous!The pancakes are terrible! They're extremely thin, rubbery, and of cardboard taste. Fake maple syrup to boot. This was our first time eating there.. Definitely would never go back, and DO NOT RECOMMEND!
