I've worked for many fast food restaurants and establishments however working for this Arby's that is owned by a happy day Corporation has been a very wonderful experience I've been there for three years and I've never worked for a company that care so much about their community that is what has kept me working for Arby's and happy day
Food is decent, a bit overpriced but all of happy day is. Customer service is great. Resturant on the inside is clean.
Great service. A little too much sauce on chicken burgers. Made it hard to keep together. Otherwise good experience.
I think the prices are high especially for their soft drinks.

Had a very bad experience. A few of us waited in line for about 10 minutes of no one seeing us. Some people walked out. After a guy had to yell for help we got waited on. The person who helped Me was very rude. She had asked me if I wanted horsy sauce and I said yes when I got my food I asked her where is my horsy sauce she yelled at me and said u said you didn't want any. Than my bag fell apart sandwich landed on floor and she didn't care. I did call management on this
Third time in a row at this particular Arby's that something was missing from our order... I go to Arby's about three times a year. Maybe less moving forward. Wouldn't be so bad of it wasn't so expensive. Last time I called and they apologized and told me I could come back in and pick up what was missing. Umm, that really screams "fast food" convenience.
