So my wife's work orders out on a regular bases and they tried a new place called Wingstop. Usually there is some left overs she brings home and this time wanted me to try the wings, she said they tasted pretty good. So tonight I thought I would try them, the problem isn't the flavor though it was a little bland (might not do well in a microwave to heat up), but the problem was that all the wing pieces (not the drummets) had feathers and quills in them, quite a few in fact and several that were hard and sharp. I've made and eaten a lot of wings in 50+ years (one of my favorite foods) and this was the worst cleaning of chicken I've ever seen. I don't recommend and if you do check your wings...
We came in to get some great wings at this location, but unfortunately turned out to be a really bad experience. It took over 40 minutes to get our order. We ordered about 15 wings in total. Two other families also ordered and their wait was over an hour to get their food. One of the workers in the prep area had their cellphone out taking a personal phone call went out back. Then the remainder two people in the kitchen were laughing and talking with no food being prepped when clearly the food was ready to be packed and served. Bad customer service, I love wings stop and their wings but it’s the employees that made this place such a bad experience.
Great food from these guys all the time. The food is always good. The order was shorted some details, other wise I would have given it 5 stars… if you like wings do yourself a favor and stop by
Service and wait time should be a 1 star. When you order food it seams like everyone working just plays around most the time. There is no efficiency in the kitchen. I will say after waiting 45min- 1hr to eat it takes away from everything. Is food taste great though it's a 5 star for sure
The hubby and I are always on the hunt for bad a** wings..... We were hoping the name lived up to the food. NOT. I don't think it's the wings the business orders. The wings were nice but the kitchen seems to take no pride in their food. First, they forgot half our order, and the first half took forever. We were on lunch break for work and didn't have time for that, let alone waiting for the second half of our order. Then we had bloody wings with a pool of sauce in the bottom of our basket. Not to mention we asked for extra crispy wings with sauce on the side. That didn't happen. The female running the til and phone had a nasty attitude after all the errors... She's junk as far as customer service goes. Kitchen staff was on their phones, reading texts instead of reading tickets. I feel bad the staff treats their employee this way.
Boneless wings are great. Lots of meat and the batter isn't to thick. Bone in wings are rather small and over cooked to the point of being dry. Sauce flavors are good! Store is nice and clean with friendly staff!
I like the food, but usually the service isn't very good. I understand that wings take longer to cook than most things but to have a kind server makes all the difference. Last time I went there were 6 employees, one was on a phone call, 3 seemed to be preparing food, but 2 we're just standing there talking. I stood there (with nobody else in line) for about 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment that I was there, let alone an "I'm sorry sir I will be right with you", so I left, still craving wings
My husband and I decided to try out Wingstop today. We were extremely apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews but we wanted to try it out for ourselves. We had such an amazing experience! The lady who took our order was extremely informative about everything and made ordering super easy. The food came out in a timely manner and was perfectly hot. The food was awesome! The only critique I would suggest is cutting the vegetables in smaller strips. Besides that it was awesome!! And at the end of the meal the manager came to our table and asked how our food was. We will definitely be going back again!
I love Wingstop. The food is fantastic as always, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. I have been here several times since they opened and have never had a bad experience. The manager is friendly and remembers people pretty well. The wait staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything. They keep the place clean and smelling good so it's always enjoyable and comfortable.
A good place for good wings definitely a must go if ever stopping through Idaho falls the fries are ok not bad though! I must say it’s a bit pricey but nothing that would break be to over priced. I say if you love good delicious chicken wings for a decent price wing stop is just the place for you.
