Always great, the new drive through has made things much faster. I used to never eat the fries at Wendy’s but ever since they changed them they are now something I look forward to. Try the new lemonades too they are all really good!
I always get the Dave’s double but the biggie bag is also a great deal. Fries are delicious. Do yourself a favor and get the Wendy’s app. Not only do you get rewards for buying food, they always have coupons. I almost never pay full price. Think this is the 2nd best fast food burger place in town after Freddy’s.
This Wendy's is located in Idaho Falls. I went there for lunch. The food was well made and the service was quick. I'm glad to have a Wendy's nearby my work so I can go more often. I was spretty happy with the service I received there.
Great service!! Randy (I believe was his name and is the manager possibly?) was amazing. We had a small mix up and he came over and gave us free frosty’s. In todays day in age it’s rare to meet fast food workers so friendly. I really appreciate it and the food was great. Fresh and hot!
Stopped in for some lunch and was able to walk right up to the counter. The staff was friendly and took my order accurately. I didn't have to wait long for my food to be ready and it came out warm.
I went through the drive through and forgot I had left my card after I ordered. Yami and Jessica were so helpful and understanding. It wasy first time ordering from this wendys and I felt so welcome The food was amazing and the customer service was impeccable. Will for sure be returning.
Food is overcooked or undercooked, fries are the same way. Pop machines are always out of product. Lazy management and employees. Always dirty. Go to the wendys on Hitt road, if you want good food.
Not even close of getting my order right. Not sure how that's possible seeing as how I used the mobile app. The order is literally spelled out for you. Big chain restaurants blatantly just don't care about customer service anymore or even getting your order correct for that matter
Too many people in there messing around. I waited for a frosty of all things then finally they asked that I pull up front. The machine wasn't cold yet, it was 6 pm the machine had allday to get cold. Then they let me wait 10 minutes before they brought it out. The boy said sorry it was the 15 year old boy who forgot to bring it out! Worst experience at Wendy's not impressed.
