Don't get their chicken soup. It tasted like nothing. The chicken was very processed. I watched them take the soup out of the fridge and put in the microwave. So not fresh at all. Very disappointed. Also got sandwich order wrong

Called in my order today at 11:30 they told me 25-30 minutes which is fine. I show up and walk in 25 minutes later and they asked me when I got there what the name on my order was I tell them. Then they ask me again 15 minutes later. I was asked one final time 10 minutes after that. I went up to the counter and asked when my order was going to be ready and they told me they didn’t know and I just called in and it wasn’t going to be ready for another 30 to 45 minutes. I just told them to not make my sandwiches and I would take my business someone else and the very rude girl at the counter told me ok bye. I love their sandwiches but they need to get new employees because I was not the only one who was treated rudely. DO BETTER!!
Favorite out of all the sandwich shops I've visited in Utah and Idaho. Sandwiches are huge and generous. Even if you get a 6-inch sandwich, the bread is wide and well-loaded, so still a lot. (I typically get the 8-inch, though). The Hot (meaning heated sandwich, not spicy) Pastrami, Italian, and Angels Special with everything on 'em and added chopped peperoncini peppers (mild), are best.
Overall our experience good for our 1st time coming to this restaurant. Customer service was average, prices were mid-high for what sizes they had available, and the overall quality of the food was great but was also nothing special in comparison to many other sandwich places if similar quality and taste in the surrounding area. We tried the turkey sandwich & pulled pork. Tasted great! Would recommend trying those out.
My wife ordered a ham sandwich to go, drove home and we had a turkey sandwich, which we don’t like. She called in and was told that they will replace it if she brings it back. We live 15 miles away so we didn’t take it back. The bag it came in said ham but it was definitely turkey. Disappointed.
Among the best sandwiches in Idaho Falls! I like the number 18 with everything. They were way busy when I got there but the wait was fast and they got my order just right.
The woman who took our order was really impatient. We had never been there before so we needed to look at menu. We were ordering for 4 people. I finally just picked one at random so we could just be done with it and let the lady go about her duties. I spent over $70 and not one smile, thank you or have a nice day from any of them..
I ordered the all meat combo with sprouts, tomatoes and provolone. DEFINITELY try their pepper/garlic olive oil! I have only tried the French Dip before and was kind of sub par.
Want a great Sandwich made to order? Check this place out! Great food, very popular among locals. Soups available as well. I would never turn down a sandwich from here.
