I’ve had many good experiences with this restaurant. There’s a little bit of a different twist that these guys have on food. First of all, it’s really good. They specialize in hamburgers. But, they offer quite a wide variety of food. Appetizers, lunch, dinner, desserts, and drinks. It’s worth giving them a shot. The wait staff is very nice and extremely helpful. The food tastes great. The only downfall here is the amount of sitting room available. They are always busy.
Unassuming entrance in a hotel but WOW! The decor was eclectic and cute! Extensive drink menu. Lots of menu options. We ordered the brie appetizer and the crab Spinach dip; both were delicious! The cream cheese jalepeno burger was good (could have used a bit more cream cheese). The shrimp po boy is on a half a loaf of French bread with two different kinds of fried shrimp. Side of veggies were yummy. Sauces were a little spicy for me but had goo flavor! Then gma's brownie was devine! I wish we lived closer so we could eat here again!!
I’ve been here once before and it’s been very good both times. This time we tried the crab spinach dip appetizer. It comes with bread and is very good. We also had the Brie, which tasted smokey. I ordered the Steak Diablo. It’s a sirloin steak topped with green chilis, aioli, and a lot of cheese. I highly recommend it. I order my steaks medium rare, I think this steak was probably more on the rare side, but it was most excellent. The flavors are unique and blend very well. For a side, I got the Mac N Cheese. The Mac N Cheese had a couple of different cheese and had large shells. It was a good alternative instead of fries or a baked potato. We went doing dinner time so it was busy and service was a little slow. At times it would’ve been nice to receive more refills or had empty plates cleared away, but they were busy. I also would like to see more dinner options in the future. The Bee’s Knees is a place you’ll want to take visiting family and friends to for a real nice dinner.
although short staffed as it seems most restaurants presently are, the bee's knee's truly does offer fresh and delicious food from a broad and eclectic menu of items. highly recommended for most any traveler.
This place has a fun atmosphere. The food on the menu is great with extremely latge portions. It would be easy to share a portion with your significant other. The place is packed so you may be in for a wait with the limited staff. But if you're patient it will be a positive experience.
I liked the food. Good sizes. The food matched the photos other people shared. Cooked well enough. Definitely worth the cost.
I read some of the reviews even the bad ones. A group of us were out celebrating birthdays, we ordered appetizers they came fast and tasted good. Our adult drinks were not good at all the main course dishes were not good or even great. We all had a try of everyone's plate and unfortunately they were tasteless, burn and expensive. We will not return sorry. You may love there food which is great.
Tried this place for the first time and it truly is the bees knees! My husband and I ordered the spicy honey wings as an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection! Some of the best wings I've ever had! I also ordered the Oh Honey Chicken Club which was huge and delicious! The hand cut fries with balsamic is a must try! My husband ordered their jalapeño burger which was also huge and delicious to him! Excellent service! We'll definitely be back!
Their food is generally super good! Every so often I get something dry but pretty good! Their drinks are definitely unique and heavy poured so be warned ? totally recommend going here. Prices are so so not expensive but also not cheap. The service has not always been the greatest. Unless you are a usual or friend the servers only do bare minimum sadly. So if that is a huge factor for you I would recommend doing a pick up order and eat at home.
From the outside, The Bee’s Knees Pub & Catering restaurant looks a little questionable. However, the second you step inside everything changes. The food is INCREDIBLE and the servers are very friendly and really go above and beyond in their service.My wife and I had a double date with some friends and we both brought our babys along with us. Our server, without asking, brought us sliced fruits our son could play with/eat while we waited for his mashed potatoes.Great place!My only wish is that they had a bigger place not connected to a dive of a hotel.
