The food was good. But it was not worth how rude the staff was. We went around 6 on a Friday and the restaurant was half empty. The instant we got to our booth the staff was incredibly rude, rushing us through our whole meal, and incredibly dismissive. Not 5 minutes after we received our food they asked if we were done and needed boxes. Good food, but they did the incorrect spice levels for our table. Very rude, very rushed, overall not worth the visit. Good if you’re ordering takeout but not a good sit in experience.
I was very disappointed with our last visit. They are not offering table service, so you get your food packed in take out containers and you get your own foam plates and plastic ware if you choose to sit down and eat there. Essentially, it’s counter service, but the prices still reflect full-service and the employee at the front was less than friendly. I’m hopeful this is temporary or we will not be returning to spend that amount of money on counter service.
I hate to do this… but I was very disappointed in my experience tonight. Maybe it’s because of COVID-19 and the way we have self destructed our country by giving free everything away… There is no service. When I pay $75 for a meal, I don’t expect to eat off of a styrofoam plate and plastic eatery. I don’t know what happened, but tonight was a disaster and I won’t be back.
This place was pretty good as far as Indian food goes. The food tasted great had no complaints at all. It was a neat and clean establishment as well which was good. The service was alright it could have been better but overall a great place I would recommend it.
Flavors were more mild and subtle than I would have liked on the biryani, Tikka masala, and butter chicken. Maybe because we chose mild? Perhaps medium would bring in some extra flavors. Biryani was very basic - not much extra stuff in it, just rice and lamb.
We had the Buttery Chicken and the Mushroom Chicken we both ordered them spicy and it was perfect. Highly recommend
the food was excellent and it didn't have to wait long and the waitresses when nice great job
Ok. I have tons of experience testing Indian food.. I lived in Denver area for a long time to know that..this place food was the worst I have ever experienced..on top of that one of their chicken tika was raw!! See picture..
We went in with really high expectations and it just didn’t meet them. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff was friendly. We really enjoy Indian food and this just wasn’t what we have experienced at other Indian restaurants outside of Idaho. Nor what we have experienced from our Indian friends that have shared with us in the past. We were very hopeful and then really bummed out when it didn’t provide what we were hoping for.
I went in with high expectations. This was my first time. But once I got the food it came crumbling down pretty fast. I ordered various items for the entire family. Malai kofta was 3/5 as it lacked the spice heat it needed it was too bland and kofta was all dry and not well seasoned. Vegetable biryani was a disaster as the grain of rice was completely broken and very hard to eat. It gave me a stomach ache the next morning. Vegetable masala had 4 times or more butter than it needed (not exaggerating). All I could taste was melted butter. I can't remember the last time I tasted that much butter.Having said that, the restaurant was busy and the wait line was pretty long. So I am guessing I was just at the wrong time. But I would recommend you temper your expectations just in case.
