I had a Carne asada burrito and it was fantastic. Great small place with great food and service.
Honestly was blown away how good this place is. I’ve been all over Mexico and wasn’t expecting to find food so good this far from the border. Got the super burrito with barbacoa and a dark green salsa. I live several hundred miles away but next time I’m in town will definitely go to tacos las peñitas again

Best tacos in IF hands down, I have eaten here religiously since I've found out about it. My go to has always been their carnitas tacos, they never skimp on the meat/toppings and the meat is so flavorful and tender, they also fry the meat for a second so that it's crisp as well. They recently added quesobirrias tacos to their menu and I am absolutely obsessed, I dont think that I've ever had a better taco. Great quality, inexpensive, authentic, and big portions, what more could you want from a resteraunt?
Hands down thee best carne asada tacos ever???.. They have a grocery store behind it also.. The hot sauce is bomb too..! Can't wait to go bk!?
