Consistently delicious and well prepared food. Should be the example for other stores on how to run a fast food restaurant.Workers on 07/24/22 need a raise, and should be very proud of the product they put out for people during lunch.
Drive Thru gal was great and very helpful. The Mexican pizza was good. The manager refused to grill my husband's bean burritos. Said that we had to order inside that we couldn't request that at the drive thru. Very stupid rules.
They have a really hard working crew here, and they're fast, friendly, and efficient. It's easy to pop in and grab something good and not spend a lot of money. Steffany is a good manager and morale is good. We see too much drama at a lot of fast food places and it's nice not to see that here.
Very rare late night visit here. Got 2 meals totaling 22$ and big shocker, they left out items from the order. Called in and they did tell us we could pick up our tacos on our next visit but it is unlikely we will be visiting again even with the ever so tempting free taco.
Drive-thru goes by quick and I haven't had any mix up with my order. It's a Taco Bell, it's exactly what you expect. I say that in a good way.
Well staffed, good customer service, clean restaurant and people were being served fast no matter the size of their meals.
Went to taco bell tonight and ordered a beef supreme chalupa. The cashier proceeded to tell us we ordered a toasted cheese chalupa. We said no, thats not what we ordered. She rolled her eyes and starting telling the people in the back that we ordered wrong, when clearly we didn't. She never took our card for us to pay and we told her we hadn't paid and she ripped the card out of my husbands hand and once again rolled her eyes. Then she just walked off and ser and glared at us from a distance and someone else finally came and gave us our card back about 4 minutes later. Her name was Emily. I spend a lot of money through taco bell as its one of our favorite places. The employees need to learn to have good customer service or you need to replace them with ones who have good customer service cause that was very uncalled for. She was rude and ignorant and if I have to you guys will lose our business. Thats not how you treat people period!
I recommend always checking your order before you leave for home. But was exactly what I expected. I love taco bell.
My wife and I stopped there for lunch. Nice staff, always a plus. The guy making the food was super friendly. He spread the ingredients out evenly, so no large mouthful of sour cream at the end of the burrito. This time it was a great job.
Ordered alot of great food! The drive thru was fast and all my food was hot and the drinks were cold. The employees were most excellent! Super job. I will definitely visit this amazing Taco Bell on my next trip to Idaho Falls!
