I’ve never tried Taco Bell before, and it was a nice surprise to see how good it was. Staff was clearly tired but nice. The floor wasn’t super clean but it was late, so it’s understandable. Overall nice experience. Not gourmet, but a fine late night dinner
Taco Bell, the food was exactly what I expect from the brand. The Employees were quite busy and ignored me until I used the kiosk. The kiosk wasn't bad, but it certainly took longer than ordering face to face. The dining area was rather messy. The sauce packets needed restocking and the employees were friendly and attentive when I asked for more.
Paid for supreme, didn't get it. Didn't have even .1 oz of meat in the food. They were just focused on getting the drive thru line in and out. Seemed to have too many people working at one time, they looked like they were tripping over each other, and playing. Won't go back to this location for awhile.
We ordered on the app and our food was ready when we walked in the door. Pretty good for the most part but not too impressed with the cheesy fiesta potatoes cause they weren’t fresh. Just one more reason they should offer Nacho Fries all the time.
Thank You Kane!I went through the drive thru and ordered for my family and apparently there was some fraudulent activity on my debit card so US Bank disabled my card. Kane payed for all of our meals when he didn’t have to. I just wanted to say I appreciate it.
The food I ended up with was just fine. But it seems everytime I go here there is a 10 minute wait on my food. And this last time I had to get a substitute for something I ordered after I ordered it. There lobby was a bit of a mess as well but that's probably because they were busy. I would love to see them sometime when there not busy but for now 3 stars. Oh and I think there hiring.
I ordered dinner for my family via mobile order. Got all the way home and noticed half of my order was missing. This isn't this 1st time that it's happened. Seems to happen when I order lots of food. Had to drive back to get my missing items. Gavin was cool about getting everything fixes. I had an envelope that had what items I was missing. I asked the girl for it back and she gave me some attitude. More then likely won't be returning. Just always seems to be an issue.
Food was very good and the staff was very helpful. The reason that I'm giving it a one star rating is because it is not very accessible for someone who is in a wheelchair like myself. The ramp for the wheelchairs has a big hole in the concrete making it very difficult to get a wheelchair up and down it. The doors barley fit a wheelchair through and it's nearly impossible to see their menu even for those who aren't in a wheelchair.
I have a legit question. How does any normal worker forget to put half of the items you ordered and paid for into the bag? It's not that hard... just spent $40 to not recieve half of my items. I get it if you forget 1 item.. but not 10. They even got the number of drinks wrong... that seems simple. Oh yeh.. specifically asked for hot sauce.. I got zero. They need new management.
No surprises. I enjoy a quick alternative to the standard burger fare and sometimes a couple tacos or burrito is just the thing. The only downfalls to this location is long lunch line at the drive thru and inside the area where you order is especially cramped forcing you to do neck aerobics to view the menu. The addition of two self check outs in this area makes it worse causing strangers to bump butts as you have to stand back to back if one is ordering at the counter and one is using the self checkout.
