The staff welced us with friendliness, humor, and professionalism. They worked hard. Never lazy. Our sandwiches were delicious.
I’m so disappointed! The order taker was so nice, but when I got to the window I was a little shocked $15 for a protein bowl…ok whatever I wanted to try it so I didn’t complain, I ordered it with mashed avocado which I paid for and got back to work and it had a couple pieces of steak, no avocado and lettuce, tomato, onion. So basically I paid $15 for a mediocre salad and the girl at the window acting like customers are a nuisance. I was so excited subway had an option that fit my keto diet but I won’t be back, I ended up going to Jimmy Johns and paying for a second lunch.
Immediate service. Guy was nice and polite and nice to chat with. Sandwich was fresh and perfectly toasted for me.
I can't prove it but I am pretty sure someone spat in my food.
Out of all the Subways in Idaho Falls, the Chaning store is the best !
Jimmy Johns just got my business cuz after almost 5 minutes, 2 employees, no one else in the store, and an employee who’d rather text on his phone then even speak to me I unhappily walked out and went down the road!
Literally no one in the store to serve me for 10 minutes... Poor service = poor review
If you like bread with a hint of meat this is your place
