Was made to wait for several minutes in the drive thru with a line of cars behind me. When I got to the window the lady asked me if I wanted to leave a tip... In the drive thru. I said no thank you.
Love a nice toasted sub after work. Was really looking forward to it tonight. I know 10pm is kinda late but they were still open. Except they already turned their toaster off and put away most of their vegetables. Very disappointing.
Employees have been mistrained on how to prepare the products, and are not given the right tools (missing the panini press to be able to make melts). Employees clearly don't want to be there, for however many reasons, and even snapped at me when I was unable to use the restroom due to the only toilet being clogged. I've rarely seen a place mismanaged like this, and there didn't even seem to be anyone over the age of 17 in the building besides myself.
0 stars. I brought a BOGO footlong coupon today. I was at checkout with the two sandwiches. They scanned my coupon, which says it expires on 6/25/2022. Today is 6/25/2022. They told me the coupon is expired. 5 stars for the employees who helped me and who had to be the ones to tell me something so ridiculous.
The food was good. Service was good. They put cucumbers on my sandwich though.
I needed to repeat the bread three times. They don't know the meal of the day. I go to the drive thru, the store is empty, and there is no response in the drive thru speaker, I almost left. Another time, I go inside the store, no employees up front. I feel like they are just hanging out in the back. The employees need more discipline
This location seems to really struggle with customer service. I’ve been there three times and won’t ever comeBack. Three strikes and you’re out. They have never had my online order ready when they say they will, and they aren’t that busy. Three employees working and only one customer in the entire place (me) and they still didn’t have anything ready. I made them remake my sandwich because most of the ingredients were smeared on the inside of the bag instead of inside the bread. It shouldn’t be this hard…..
Waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. No one ever came to assist. Second time this has occurred.. Honked horn.... still no one.. Hopefully the owner sees this and takes the initiative to employ competent help.
The service here is ridiculous. From the time I waited in the drive thru with two cars in front of me two cars behind me left. I sat in line for roughly 20 minutes before it was my time to order.
Best sandwich I've had at a subway in years. The new changes are awesome, not to mention the crew made the experience 10 outa 10. The owner sure picked a damned good team!
