I sat for a few hours to work on my laptop at this busy location, on a Tuesday afternoon. With my long stay, I was able to observe the establishment.Imagine a cozy, warm space that is the "corner coffee shop," where noise levels are just right, the atmosphere is zen-like calm, and time spent turns into eternity.Instead, this location was 360° opposite—a nightmarish scenario for what Starbucks could become.To be clear, my drink was formulated fine; it was everything else. Distracting upbeat music. Overstaffed workers doing nothing and joking/laughing loudly. Hard, uncomfortable chairs. A/C programmed to the "Artic." Soulless interior design.Perhaps, the effects were intentional: to maximize customer churn, as any competent corporation should.
Starbucks sucks! Coffee was not great, pastries were limited and microwave heated and the employees looked like they were sick of life, or working there!
My wife doesn't know how to order from these places. She discribed exactly what she wanted it to taste like and they made it perfectly. They drink was already made by the time I could drive from the order box to the window. They were fast.
Super friendly staff and the drinks were made to order just right ?
Drive thru was not open and have to get into the store which is ok but this place get very busy even after 3 pm?
Very attentive Batista's. I forgot to order an extra shot, and they got one to me quickly and for no charge. Very nice of them.
Tristan was such a kind person! She was hardworking and helped me get through what I needed quickly with a great attitude!
Service was great, fast and friendly! My cafe mocha was awesome!
Walked in to the store where there was no line to the counter and only two people in store waiting for their one Frappuccino which was almost done. There weren't many people in drive thru either. Was told by someone they would be right with me. 5 minutes later no one had helped me while I stood at the counter to order my drink. The one woman who told me that they would be right with me finished making that Frappuccino and then slowly started cleaning dishes right in front of me--completing ignoring me and talking to the other employees. I walked out with no response from anyone. Will not be going to this Starbucks any time soon.
Friendly staff, nice location
