My drink was super good but they have no signs to show it’s a drive through and it’s confusing and also the political flag on the outside not a good look
My son and I visited Soda Tsunami for the first time. He got a soda, and I got an iced coffee.My sons drink was amazing. The iced coffee was less than tasty.As a person who worked in the food industry, I understand that when ingredients come off a truck, we can’t always tell the freshness, so I called to let the staff know that there may be a spoiled ingredient, and asked if I could get something different.They were so embarrassed, yet gracious and sweet! Sometimes when we have to return something, or have something remade, the staff becomes rude or obviously inconvenienced, but not the folks at Soda Tsunami!I will frequent this establishment over any other, just for the amazing customer service! But there drinks are pretty amazing too!
Good selection of sodas and boba drinks. I appreciate that they have Zero drinks like Mt Dew Zero. No traditional boba teas though. Fun monthly specials. Punch cards. Friendly service. Can be a bit slow when they have a few cars. Wow be nice if they had a menu farther back and if they posted specials online.
Soda Tsunami set up at our event and the did a great job!! Super friendly , yummy drinks! My husband called them “fancy drinks” ? The sodas were a hit with everyone! Thank you so much Soda Tsunami!
They are always SO slow, but the drinks are creative and yummy.
Soda tsunami has the best drink combinations and they’re always mixing it up adding new things to their menu. They are very nice and fast. The punch cards are awesome. I love that they are the only ones open on Sunday. Thank you soda tsunami. And keep it up!
First, if I state that the soda is not diet, your response should not be "are you sure?". I, as the customer, definitely know the difference. Second, the response of "sorry dog" is not an appropriate apology for your staff's error of connecting regular Mountain Dew to the Diet Mountain Dew fountain - this is a serious issue, and the precise reason we quit going to one of your competitors. Lack of attention to detail can really screw a customer or two up.
Honestly it’s a great mom and pop shop and their values are stellar. Their menu? Great! They can make so many combinations and even have some food and treat options. Great place to stop if you need a quick sweet treat ?
Owner was really nice. Good selection of sodas.
Sat in line behind one person who already got her drink for more than 15 minutes as the barista talked to the in front of us, it's not the first time it happened too. Not coming again.
