There was 4 of us that went out to Father's day for a brunch/early lunch. There was no waiting....but also the slowest service. We arrived after my daughter and her husband, and the waitress walked past us for a good 15/20 minutes before we were able to get attention. Understand, I worked for years as a waitress; and I do know that there are busy times ; this was not the case. The waitress finally came and we were able to order. Again, the long wait. All but 1 of the 4 ordered from the breakfast menu. I ordered a grilled piece of chicken with side of hash browns. After a while I went to the restroom and was looking to see how busy they were. To my surprise, being Father's day, they actually were not busy at all. They had several waitresses that we all were entertained by their loud talking as they passed each other at the end of the wall. This seemed to be more important to them, then taking care of the customers. Finally, and I mean finally, they brought the food. I think we waited almost an hour for the food; and I could have seen it if they were super busy. That was not the case. Of the 4 people, we all were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The omelet my husband ordered was so thick with cheese in the center, that it was disgusting. it was more like cheese with a little egg. My daughter and son in law were so excited to take us to lunch and ended up feeling so bad about the bad food. My hash browns were still cold on the inside and so I ended up 2 bites, taking my food home to recook it. I looked around at others sitting at the booth just across from us, and the woman was complaining because her soup that should have been hot was instead actually not even warm. I think they need to do more training with all of their people. I would have loved to post a good review, but I have to be honest. It wouldn't let me post unless I hit 1 star; actually I wouldn't even give it that. Sorry
We had a great experience. The waitress was amazing and fast. Our order came quickly and was delicious.
First time at this restaurant! I loved the food and dessert, that Strawberry shubard, subard, shbuhard or whatever the name is, was so freaking delicious!! The place is clean and the staff amazing! Shut out to Josh, he was so attentive and did an excellent job! He made sure I had my coffee cup full at all times! ?
We stopped in for breakfast today the food was very good and cooked just right the weight staff was friendly and helpful the place seem clean.We got seated quickly had a good table they did a good job
The breakfast food was good and tasty. I didn't have a lot of time to taste all of it due to being full so timely and quickly ?. I didn't eat the potatoes because I honestly didn't realize what it was until my siblings told me at the last minutes and also being full and it tasted a little fried. It was really wonderful though.
Got great service from a very sweet server, food came out pretty quick and was really good! Got the salmon plate which was perfectly portioned and well cooked. I don't usually get dessert but I got a piece of smores pie and that was amazing. Marshmallow bits and Hersheys in it, with fudge bottom, it was well worth it!! Bf and I went and it was 37$ or so for us both, each with salmon and desserts. Pretty good!!
We have always liked Shari's; I had a Caesar Salad with Crunchy Chicken, my husband had the Santa Fe Breakfast Salad! As always, the food was good; we've never had a bad meal there! The Hostess was friendly and quick to get us a table! Also, the Server was very friendly and we were waited on quickly and our food really was done quick!
Great food much like Perkins. The waitress was really nice.
We came here for dinner. The restaurant was not busy and we immediately got seated.The staff was friendly. But only came back once to check on us.The food was good and didn't take too long to be prepared.There were 3 of us, 2 of us had breakfast and 1 had the spicy Asian salad.The restaurant was clean.The lot was clean and picked up.Overall this was a good visit.I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
